This was a great property to stay out for a concert at the Everwise Ampitheater or for a football game. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and well-maintained. It has a very nice fenced yard for a dog to roam, although part of the fence needs a small repair at the top.I was a bit surprised by the industrial neighborhood, but not knowing Indianapolis I didn’t know what it was going to be like. That being said, it is a safe neighborhood.I will agree with another reviewer that the floors are very creaky, but if that doesn’t bother you, then this would be a wonderful place to stayWe didn’t do any cooking so I can’t comment on the cooking facilities, but it was nice to have a working coffee brewer and it was nice to find a little bit of Folgers and coffee filters in the cabinet as well. Not sure if I’m ever coming back to Indianapolis, but if I did, I would rebook this place. A much better value than spending three times as much at one of the downtown hotels

Great, comfy spot in a quiet neighborhood. A super short drive to Gainbridge Fieldhouse & downtown. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

The host was a great communicator; we had to add a day last minute and was very accommodating. The house itself was great, a fenced in yard for the small dog, cookware, extra blankets, etc. 5-7 minute drive to anywhere downtown and convenient for UBER etc. We would stay here again if in the area. Thank you!

This cozy neighborhood home is a perfect location for quick, easy access to downtown Indianapolis sites and venues. Excellent communication with host. Would stay here again in the future.

Cozy house, perfect for our family of 3, pet friendly, super close to Lucas Oil Stadium. Quiet neighborhood. Especially loved the fenced in yard for our pup.

Nice cozy house located in a quite neighborhood and only a 5 minute drive to the Lucas Oil Stadium. The house had everything we needed for stay. Will book again next time we come to Indy!

Perfect cozy retreat

Nice house in quiet neighborhood with a perfect backyard for the dog. We were in town for Special Olympics Summer Games and the house was perfect for our stay. Our pooch loved running around the yard and we were able to relax on the patio each evening. House was clean and suited our small family. We will look forward to staying here again!
