Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to the entire property during your stay, including the spacious backyard, patio, and garage. The only area we ask you not to access is the locked owner shed located in the back of the property. Please feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy the private hot tub, the fully equipped kitchen, and all the indoor living spaces as if they were your own.

Welcome to our beautiful and quiet neighborhood, nestled in the pines. You will enjoy an easy drive to the stunning shores of Lake Tahoe or the charming town of Truckee. For outdoor enthusiasts, our location is perfect, with miles of scenic hiking trails just moments away. Whether you are looking to explore the mountains, enjoy a day by the water, or simply relax in a serene setting, our home provides the perfect base for your Tahoe adventure.



Getting Around:

The Tahoe Treehouse is best accessed by car, allowing you the flexibility to explore the beautiful surrounding mountains and lake towns at your own pace. For those driving electric vehicles, we provide a Juicebox Enel X charger directly on the property for your convenience. You will have access to a two car garage and additional driveway parking, with a maximum of three vehicles allowed. Please note that parking on the road is strictly prohibited. While public transportation options in the Tahoe area are limited, ride sharing services are available. The property is located approximately sixty miles from Reno Tahoe International Airport, which is the closest major transit hub.
