Family memories made together last a lifetime at our centrally-located, updated 4 bedroom home with room for everyone. One mile from municipal golf course, long leaf park and UNCW. 6 mins from Airlie Gardens, 12 mins from Wrightsville beach with its warm gentle waves, and soft sand, or explore downtown Wilmington 15 minutes away with many breweries, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Return home and enjoy Foosball, games, puzzles, books, toys for the kids, and a large fenced backyard with charcoal BBQ, outdoor dining table and chairs under the shade of large oak trees. Plenty of room for the family to relax after a day at the beach, or sightseeing.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a tremendous time staying at this home! Anything that you would need is supplied. The whole house is beautiful and comfortable. Completely as advertised. The communication with the host was terrific. Anyone staying here will have a marvelous time in a gorgeous home!

Our Family Vacation home is larger than most at 2,200 sq ft with great family amenities to enjoy and use during your stay. We are 12 minutes to the beach and 6 mins to Airlie Gardens, 5 mins. to UNCW, golf and Long Leaf park, or head to toward cape fear river for an eclectic downtown shopping and dining experience with great restaurants and bars along the Riverwalk. Our location is perfect for your family, and our home is the relaxing respite your are looking for after your long day of exploring and experiencing all this wonderful city and its beautiful beaches have to offer.
