This place is perfectly appointed for a large family or group of friends on an adult getaway. Loaner beach chairs are a nice touch. Communications were easy and prompt. Proximity to both the beach and Wilmington make this a great spot.

This was our second time staying at this property and it's the perfect house for our family while visiting UNCW. It has everything we need -- including tons of space for gathering. And Penny is so friendly and excellent at communication! Highly recommend!

The perfect house for our stay in Wilmington! The bedrooms were lovely and the common areas provided lots of room for families to gather. Check-in and check-out proceess was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a tremendous time staying at this home! Anything that you would need is supplied. The whole house is beautiful and comfortable. Completely as advertised. The communication with the host was terrific. Anyone staying here will have a marvelous time in a gorgeous home!
