Lovely private patio with easy access from the kitchen and dining area, gas BBQ, sink, a large table, and lots of seating, pergola has table grapes growing in season. Dine inside or outside. 60 year old vines provide summer shade over the patio and table grapes at summers end.
Grounds have our private vineyard, olive trees, nut and fruit trees, a delightful and comfortable gazebo at the night lighted regulation bocce ball court, horseshoe pitch and corn toss game with vineyard views and picnic tables.
Across the street from a lovely creek side walking path into town, ducks often included, a mile to the beautiful and historic Sonoma Town Square, surrounded by many wine tasting venues, restaurants and shops.
We’ll recommend tour companies, wineries and restaurants ahead of your visit to help you plan your adventures in the wine country, if you so wish. Reservations are a must at many of the local restaurants.
Less than a mile to a full shopping center with Whole Foods market, CVS pharmacy, bagel shop and just about anything you might need. Nice local market 2/10’s of a mile down the street, with an excellent meat department and a “made to order” sandwich bar.
Wonderful “middle of wine country feel” yet close to everything.
We think that there is a very good chance that you will love this property as much as we do!
Cheers

Great back yard with movie theater, bocce ball court, horseshoe pitch, corn toss game, gazebo, lots of outdoor space, picnic tables, beautiful vineyard views and sculptures throughout the property.
Other things to note
We have updated our normally obsessive cleaning program to comply with every possible guideline that we could find.
We use sprayed Sporicidin, an EPA registered, #8383-3, "intermediate level disinfectant for use on environmental surfaces in health care facilities... and public venues, where broad spectrum kill claims and surface compatibility are needed. "
We pay particular attention to disinfecting every door and cabinet handle as well as all surfaces after everything is thoroughly cleaned.
Our bathrooms have always been spotless, please check ratings and reviews if you wish to, and now are even more so.
There are always disinfecting wipes and there are no touch hand sanitizer dispensers by the entrance doors.
Smoking and vaping is permitted outside, NOT INSIDE THE HOUSE!
