Arrive and begin to "Exhale" as you unwind and enjoy our exceptionally clean, well maintained, fully equipped 4 Bedroom, "Home away from Home" right on Lake Ivanhoe. Our home is a fully equipped, comfortable home on the Lake -99 Miles North of the city of Boston. Suitable for wonderful SMALL Family gatherings or, just a time to "Get Away" and relax with friends.
Beautiful in Summer - Swimming, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding or boating on the Lake. Stunning in Autumn, with magnificent foliage and an absolute delight with the Snow in Winter- Go Snow Shoeing, Ice Fishing or take your ski mobiles out on the Lake. Great fire pit as well.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and Microwave. Dishwasher, Keurig & Nespresso coffee machines. All the cooking utensils you will ever need for a stress free, self catering stay are here for your enjoyment. Two full size refrigerators, 1 Beverage refrigerator + 1 separate stand up freezer. Basic pantry items - Tea, Coffee, Spices, Oils etc are also supplied. Washing Machine & Dryer with Washing Liquid also supplied. Quality Sheets and Towels are supplied with the exception of Beach Towels. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash are also supplied. Hair Dryers are in every bathroom. Our home is exceptionally clean and well presented. It is here to be enjoyed and for you to create wonderful memories. We want to ensure your stay is amazing. Off street parking for 4 cars. This home is fully fitted with Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors.

Beautiful lake home with plenty of room.

This lake home is absolutely beautiful. My family and I came to NH for a wedding and made a vacation out of it and are so glad we did. The four bedrooms were perfect for the eight of us. Moira and Tom are very friendly and gracious and their house was immaculate when we arrived. Spotless. The kitchen has everything you need regarding spices, oils, pots, and pans. The bed linens were fresh and crisp in every room. Each one of us commented on how comfortable the beds were. Nice fluffy towels in the bathrooms too. The pictures don’t do the large dining room/living room justice. It is amazing. The outside is equally fantastic with the awesome dock with a paddle board, kayaks, and float that we used every day. We spent a lot of time on the huge covered patio with furniture to fit us all. Oh yeah, pool table and jukebox was a lot of fun too. This lake house was perfect for our family. From relaxing to all the amenities offered. Moira and Tom made the process enjoyable and stress free with their great communication.

This is truly a "Home Away From Home"

Staying at this home was truly an exceptional experience. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. The communication before and during our stay was outstanding, which made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. The home was SPOTLESS and had an inviting atmosphere. Essentials for a comfortable stay were included, such as spices/oils, towels, sheets, TP, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, etc. Moira asked what we took in our coffee and was sure to leave us some half-and-half, OJ, eggs, and butter! Everything to get our vacation started! The beds were all very comfortable and several of us commented on how nice the sheets smelled! The fun was in the lower level - the jukebox and pool table. Both required money to play, but Moira and Tom left $20 in coins for the Pool Table and $20 in cash for the Juke Box. We enjoyed both very much!! They provided hours of entertainment for us! Outside was more fun! The kayaks were made available to us as well as the paddle boat and floating swim platform. My husband and son even had some success at fishing! This home is spacious, clean, and comfortable! We highly recommend Moira and Tom's home for your New Hampshire stay. We hope to be back for sure!
