Location location location- Welcome to our Adorable Main River Cabin home in Weeki Wachee, FL. Enjoy the crystal clear calming waters right in your backyard. Indulge in this perfectly situated relaxing riverfront home.

Enjoy our duo gazebos, fish from the new dock, drink coffee in the shade, sunbathe, or swim in your own backyard. Your pool is the crystal clear Weeki Wachee Springs River.

New stairs that go from the dock to the water for easy access

Sip some fresh lemonade, tea, wine or a cold beer on the wrap-around porch as you manatee & peoplewatch. Look out for manatees right from the gazebo!

We include 3 kayaks with life vests and paddles for your convenience. Enjoy the BBQ grill with your family & friends.

No parties, no fireworks, no smoking or open flames inside the house, do not use the fireplace, no pets, no running or jumping, no unregistered visitors. If unregistered visitors are on the property you will be charged an unregistered visitor fee of $50 per person per day. This home comfortably accommodates 4 guests.
No pets. If eveidence of pet is found there is a $200/pet fee
Evidence: Pet traces (Hair, damage, odor etc)

Return all chair floats, water toys to original location on the last day of stay (i.e kayaks)
Parking for 3 vehicles in driveway only. No parking on the lawn or in the street.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. Please start 1st load of towels to wash. 2. Please leave sheets on used beds. The cleaning company can spot clean better then wash the sheets. Thanks
Put clean dishes back where they belong.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No: Parties,no confetti, Smoking, Pets, Fireworks, Candles, Running, Eating in bedrms, Shoes, unauthorized visitors for day or nite, parking on grass
$500.00 Fee will be charged for each of these as they are not permitted on this property. Use the fireplace, bring a pet (per pet), smoke inside
Strick Quiet Time: At 10pm sharp! If you are loud the Sheriff will be called and you will be asked to leave WITHOUT REFUND.

We recently updated the kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, new kitchen faucet & stainless steel refrigerator for your enjoyment. The bathroom was recently updated with a gorgeous granite countertop too! There is a laundry room inside the house also. We even added a shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser for you. Weather you like to swim, sunbathe, people watch, kayak or just watch the mullet jump this is the place to be. Book us now before someone else does. You won't regret it.
