Parks Retreat -home is in the perfectly location at the Russian River. With a Mid-Century designed, open layout and fits 6 comfortably. Relax in the Redwoods or take a walk to the river. Just 15 min. drive to the Coast. We provide tube for floating, 2 kayaks, 4 beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella. In the evening reconnect on the patio around the fire-pit with your favorite night cap. Or, stream your favorite movie, show or music. Enjoy a home cooked meal from our fully equipped kitchen or outdoor grill. Or chose a game to play around the table. If you have to remote work the WIFI is amazing. All 3 bedrooms have upgraded mattresses and linins and fully remodeled bathrooms. In addition, 2 spots available in the driveway and storage in the garage. Plus, a washer and dryer. Come and enjoy the many activates and local wineries and just 5 minutes to Downtown shopping and restaurants.

Deborah and Mike love the outdoors. We love to explore nature. Hike, Bike, Camp, Paddle Board and enjoy the Northern Coast. We love great food and wine. This home has been our first home away from home and have enjoyed every minutes when we are here. We each have very demanding careers and love this escape as often as possible. We are looking forward to retirement and hope to explore many more places.

This property is 3 hours from home and provides a cooler temperature. Reminds us of our upbringing in the Mid-West. It allows us to play in the outdoors and enjoy great food and wine with friends.

What makes this property unique

Great open floor plan where everyone is comfortable and has a great outdoor space to enjoy at night. Grill or prepare a amazing meal for friends and family and have time to reconnect. Close to the River, Ocean and the many activities we both enjoy.
