The condo was very nice and clean. The host got back with us quickly. The only negative was the balcony was filthy. And not at all cleaned up. I swept it so we could sit out there.

The property was in a great location with easy access to many of the locales we wanted to visit including good wineries. Inside, the condo was impeccable, well equipped and exactly as represented in the photos. However, the outside of the entire complex was not well maintained and in need of some good cleanup and overall TLC. This may be out of the hands of the owner. I don't know, but when we first arrived we were concerned. Thankfully upon entry, we found the place as we expected. Lastly, the view of the lake was more obstructed then the photos present. The trees and bushes have grown such that the view was quite different. Not a deal breaker.Clearly extra care has been given to the unit including the coffee pods on hand and other little items that were very welcoming. Thank you for sharing it.

Perfect getaway!

Town House is located on Cayuga Lake.

The townhouse was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans if you want to cook. The beds were comfortable. The view of the lake was awesome. It is close to several wineries. I would definitely rent the house again.

Nice winter stay

The property was extremely comfortable. We stayed with small children in February and each room had individual heat, which we liked very much. The living, kitchen, dining is wide open and we loved the views of the lake from the kitchen and dining room. The water pressure from kitchen faucet was very low and pots and pots and pans were pretty cheap and scratched teflon, so I'd throw those out and upgrade. Minor things, still 5-star!

Wonderful Getaway in the Finger Lakes

We traveled to the Finger Lakes for our annual mother-daughter weekend. There were six in our party. The house is wonderful! It is very comfortable. The beds/mattresses were the best I’ve ever had through house rentals! We had a beautiful view of Cayuga ~ the sunrise was spectacular! The house was clean and overall very comfortable! The dishes/glass/utensils and cooking pans were plentiful. You do need to bring your own seasonings for cooking, which I always do. We had zero issues or complaints ~ and we would definitely stay again! Just a note, the Google Maps had us turning into a driveway about .5 mile before the house. We put the address into Waze and it brought us to the house. The unit is about 100 feet from the road and you can see it from the road.
