The rental was clean and well furnished. The location was very convenient for my needs. I did not use any of the other facilities provided. The mattress in the master bedroom was excellent. However the one in the second bedroom was not very comfortable. The shower head in the master needs to be descaled, and the drain in the shower needs to be cleaned.

We had a great stay. A couple of the drawers need some cleaning, especially the silverware drawer. Other than that, everything was so nice. Cute neighborhood with very quiet neighbors. Loved the Christmas decorations the whole neighborhood had every time we came back to the house at night. Very close to our Green Valley family, we would definitely stay here again!!

The view from the front porch and living room was fantastic very nice to have 2 patio areas, though we really didn't sit outside much. Too much on the go. Very helpful to have extra parking right across the road. The GVR center was easy to walk too. I could have used a few more kitchen items for baking and cooking, but our stay was enjoyable. Really hated to leave.

Great Getaway

Quiet, with excellent traffic control. Nearly all residents seem to be mid-to-late age, making the vibe calm. All cleanliness of the location met with a good to excellent standard. Easy access and good wifi.

Convenient and Quiet

This was a convenient and quiet location, we stayed here while visiting parents who live nearby. There was more than enough room (only 2 of us) and it was a short walk to our family's home. Neighbors were friendly.
