Spacious 3BR/2BA home with fully fenced yard sleeps 7 guests located close to downtown and NAU in NoHo (Forest Ave west of Beaver St). Walking distance to hiking trails, downtown, NAU, groceries, FMC. Great home base for day trips to Grand Canyon, Oak Creek, Sedona, Snowbowl. High speed internet, smartTVs, updated Smart appliances, firepit, grill. Workspace, full size washer/dryer.

This remodeled mid-century single level bungalow features three bedrooms with two nightstands (w/reading lamps) and a dresser. The bedrooms have a Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The great room is comfortable and features a stone fireplace and a 55" Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The WiFi service is POWERFUL: 400 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speed. The master bathroom has a shower and hall bathroom a tub/shower. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the respective showers. The rustic kitchen is packed with current appliances, gas range, microwave, and coffee makers (Keurig and traditional). There is room for two cars in the driveway. We love well behaved dogs - there is no extra charge or deposit for dogs. Fully fenced back yard for your pets, kids, and a place to relax by the fire pit and BBQ grill.

The whole house is yours as well as the fully fenced yard.

Charming and cozy

A very charming and comfortable place to stay in Flagstaff. Clean, we’ll appointed. Had everything we needed. Great location, close to a supermarket and the downtown area.

Cozy Cobalt Cabin

Cobalt Cabin was a great place to stay. Excellent location to everything you need on a family trip. Fenced in backyard was wonderful for the family pets. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. We will definitely keep Cobalt Cabin on our list of places to stay in Flagstaff.

We live in Phoenix with two rescue Maltese mixes. We bought homes in Flagstaff because we loved their historic charm and location in the center of things. We enjoy travel and Flagstaff is our favorite quick getaway when our homes aren't booked up. We love VRBO homes when taking trips whether they are for a weekend or a month.

The Bungalow is extremely well located in NoHo just north of downtown in an enchanting neighborhood that is walking distance to shopping, groceries, and restaurants.

This property is unique due to its combination of old and new. It was constructed just after the second world war, yet you’ll find an updated kitchen with modern appliances, air conditioning, and Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms.
