We traveled from Phoenix to escape the heat with our five week old. House was equipped with everything we needed and the location was perfect, close to downtown and surrounding hikes including trails at the Snowbowl. Would definitely stay again !
Rich gets 5 stars. Cobalt house was very clean & furnished with everything we needed. The fenced yard is a plus. Had great fires in the pit at night under the stars. Great location. If any questions, Rich is quick to respond. This was our 2nd visit to this house. Will definitely re-book in the future.
Clean, comfortable, quiet place. Easy to locate, everything you need pretty close by, in a really great little city. Plenty to see and do. Definitely will return.
Perfect home for a getaway to escape Phoenix heat! Great location, walking distance to a few restaurants/coffee shop and a quick drive to downtown. The home was very cute and clean! We loved the outdoor space as well. Perfect for our family & dog!!
A very charming and comfortable place to stay in Flagstaff. Clean, we’ll appointed. Had everything we needed. Great location, close to a supermarket and the downtown area.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Our dog, Nemo was a very polite boy, and he also enjoyed his stay. Thank you for having a fenced in yard for him to play. The location was very convenient to all of the places we wanted to visit in and around Flagstaff. The beds were very comfortable!
Cobalt Cabin was a great place to stay. Excellent location to everything you need on a family trip. Fenced in backyard was wonderful for the family pets. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. We will definitely keep Cobalt Cabin on our list of places to stay in Flagstaff.
We loved the property. Super convenient to everything. Loved having a yard for the dogs. The house was great. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed!! Can’t wait to go again
This property had everything we needed for our stay in Flagstaff and is very close to downtown. We really liked having a fenced in backyard for our pups and it was in a quiet neighborhood close to hiking trails. The host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our 4th in Flagstaff.
Nice location, but on a busy street. Well-equipped kitchen, which is important to us. Tv/Internet in living room was spotty because the router is in the back of the house.
Property was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable but living room furniture was not. Property is on a main thoroughfare with a hospital less than ¼ mile away so there are sirens and helicopters at any time.
The location was super nice, loved the backyard, wish there was a gas grill and a coffee maker... other wise we enjoyed the stay and beautiful weather and scenery. One thing needs to be addressed is the shower head in the hall bathroom..Everything else was GREAT!! 👏
The house was so cute and cozy! The property manager, Rich, was extremely responsive. The location could not have been any better. Close to downtown and only 20 minutes away from Snowbowl. My husband and I stayed here with his 2 brothers, their girlfriends and our dogs- the property was extremely dog friendly with a fenced in yard. Loved the blue appliances in the kitchen. Make sure you bring a sauté pan if you plan to cook (I ended up making scrambled eggs in the only pot available LOL). This property is close to the medical center but really didn’t have any noise issues. Hope to stay at this property again in the future! Thanks, Rich!
Clean and close to town, food, entertainment and the hospital/medical center.
We love to visit Flagstaff and this was the perfect place for us to stay. There was plenty of room for my husband, my mother, myself and our two little pups. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make all our meals with ease.
This little home is clean and we loved the way it was decorated. We felt right at home the minute we opened the door.
The back yard is safe for pets and children and is fully fenced with festive strands of lighting. The yard has a place to bbq and a fire-pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. It was such a inviting atmosphere. We had our morning coffee there under the ponderosa's and enjoyed it so much in the evenings after our long days of exploring.
Even though we were close to the hospital, we didn't hear a lot of emergency vehicles. We were a little concerned it might be a little noisy, but it never became a problem.
Check-in and check-out were so easy. Our host was prompt in answering any questions we had. It was a great home to stay in, we would definitely stay again!

About the host
Hosted by Richard
My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the midcentury charm and location in the center of things – we are close to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
The Bungalow is extremely well located in NoHo just north of downtown in an enchanting neighborhood that is walking distance to shopping, groceries, and hiking trails.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique due to its combination of old and new. It was constructed just after the second world war, yet you’ll find updated kitchen and baths with modern appliances, central air conditioning & heat, and Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The fully fenced backyard boasts a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and charcoal BBQ.
