Couples weekend getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every year, three best friends and their husbands get away somewhere close by but far enough to feel like a vacation. This trip did not disappoint. We loved the bathroom in each bedroom, the views of the aspens and lake, the extremely comfy beds and the spacious kitchen. The walls are very thin and it seems any noise echos in the house. We wished there were coffee tables and more comfy blankets in the living room but overall was a wonderful location.

Location was right next to the Blue River Trail. With the drought we worried the little lake would be dry; it was low but not empty so we still had a nice view.When we were there, the neighborhood was quiet. It’s half a mile away from a ChargePoint EV fast charging station. Staff was quick to address a couple questions we had. Disappointed that the TV wasn't a smart TV and there wasn’t a DVD player either. So we could only watch what was live.

The living room TV also has cable, and we let you know ahead of time that there wasn’t a DVD player. We’re not sure why you weren’t able to access the smart TV features, but a quick call to our office would have given us a chance to help. Please note that we have staff always available to assist with every situation. We look forward to hosting you all again in the future.

We loved our stay in this home. The view of the lake and mountains were incredible. The location was ideal for our day trips to Grand Lake, Leadville, Breckenridge and activities in Silverthorne and Dillon. The beds were comfortable with nice linens, we had plenty of towels and necessities. We appreciates the fans that were provided to help with airflow upstairs at night when it was a little warm a couple of the days in addition to the ceiling fans. We loved the patio and hot tub. In addition to the great lake view we were able to cross the street to get to a walking path by the river and enjoyed several scenic walks there. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Relaxing vacation

We have stayed in this area previously. This rental is close to town so we can walk the wonderful path. Close to golf & anything else we wanted to do.

Fantastic property for our quick mountain getaway! We loved fishing right behind our unit and sitting in the hot tub at night overlooking the pond and watching the sun set. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. Great bonus that all the rooms had attached baths. We want to come back in the winter!

The hot tub was lovely. The condo was very comfortable and many things were so well stocked. We rented so I could attend a conference in Breckenridge, and it was an easy and pleasant commute. I hope to rent again in the future! Additionally, the Summit Rental Group was extremely responsive to the few questions we had. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property.I highly recommend it for location, quiet neighborhood, privacy and value.

Great views, great property, great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we've stayed at this location and we loved it as much as the first. We're looking at booking again for next summer or fall. The home is always clean and tidy with plenty of towels and necessary items. The one thing I would mention is the bed in the master may need to be replaced or looked at - it seems to have developed a plateau in the middle and then slumps down on either side making for a bit of a rough night's sleep. Other than that, walking out to the lake is great, as is the hot tub and the space. We've stayed there twice so far and I anticipate it'll be a yearly tradition for our friend group!
