Our home is the perfect Lake, Foliage, Honeymoon/Romantic, Ski, Spring & Fishing Escape! Amazing 250' prime Lake Champlain waterfront luxurious with great swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, skiing and close to everything you might want to get out and explore from foliage to apple picking, cider making, Ben & Jerry's Factory tour and lots of great festivals, events and amenities. Hardwood floors and tile on the first floor and tile and brand new Berber on the second floor. Private deck off the master bedroom overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains with amazing sunsets almost every night. Master bath with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake and mountains, 5 skylights, gas insert wood stove, all new appliances and custom cherry cabinets & granite counters throughout. Also a brand new double access deck off the first floor grand room and sun room overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Full recreation room w/pool, ping pong, slide hockey and darts! We have 5 kayaks, flat bottomed fishing scanoe, brand new paddle boat, floaties & private dock. Amazing bass/trout fishng right off our docks and fabulous deep water fishing charters as well. We had a relaxing wonderful week on the lake! Gorgeous views from every window and the deck and hammock were perfect. We used the game room and of course the kayaks nearly every day! A wonderful getaway!

What an amazing mini getaway! The house had gorgeous views and so many amenities! We loved the game room in the lower level too and spent the first night playing pool and ping pong. The bed was super comfy and they provided plenty of blankets and pillows. The jetted tub was also a plus! We will definitely be back again!

We had the most relaxing start to our New England vacation! The house was clean, and so very nice. The outdoor space offers multiple seating areas, and we enjoyed being out during the day and evening. There were so many options of water activities! It was great, and we’d love to come back!

Peaceful lakefront escape

Well-maintained house in a quiet spot. The property manager is right next door if you need anything. Beautiful views and a well-stocked kitchen. Can't wait to visit again.

This is our second year at this property and it is still a beautiful home and location. Plenty of birds and small wildlife to watch. It has all kinds of outdoor things to do boating, swimming or just enjoying the views! The host is amazing! Best Vrbo we have stayed in, pet friendly too!

Wonderful getaway!

Beautiful cottage right on the water - wonderful views no matter the weather, but I got lucky and had some great spring days. Hosts are welcoming and helpful. Cottage is well appointed and feels like a home away from home. I look forward to my next annual visit!

Wonderful location and comfortable house

The house is stocked with everything you could ever want or need and was very comfortable. Especially loved all of the kayaks and inner tubes. Great access to the water and beautiful views made for a peaceful stay.
