Mid Century Modern house located next to Dodger Stadium (10min walk to stadium entrance for games), Chinatown, Echo Park & DTLA. Three (3) nicely furnished bedrooms with a king, two fulls and one twin. Very bright & roomy house newly renovated. Open concept living room & kitchen with new appliances. Large backyard patio looking at DTLA & front patio to people watch during Dodger games. Very safe & walkable neighborhood.

I'm a season ticket holder to Dodgers & have 2 seats by dugout available

2 security cameras located in front door area and 3 located in back door area. All cameras record from motion alerts 24/7, including during reservation for house and guest safety.
