The Hollie House- A charming craftsman cottage in Driftwood/Dripping Springs, minutes from wedding venues, wineries/breweries, shopping, & restaurants. Located in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood. Walk to Twisted X Brewery.
The perfect place to launch your Hill Country vacation, relax before the wedding, cook dinner in the gourmet kitchen, or just visit with friends. Front & back porches & multiple areas to relax. Sleeps 7-King, Queen, Bunk Bed room. Bunk Room has single up and full below. 4 Beds total.
Workspace area & washer/dryer in Utility Room. Iron and Ironing board provided.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook the food you bring. Coffee bar and snacks are always provided at Check In. Cleaning supplies.
Extra sheets and towels provided. Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner provided in bathrooms.
2 Day Minimum.

The Hollie House is conveniently located midway between San Antonio and Austin and central to Dripping Springs, the wedding capital of Texas. The home is comfortable and open and has porches on front and back. There is a King Primary Bedroom, A Queen Room and a Bunk Room with a Single up top and a Full below. Comfortably sleeps 7.

Access to the complete house except for the garage and the owners pantry located off of the kitchen.

Host is available to answer questions.

The Cottages of Howard Ranch is a private and quiet neighborhood with walking paths joining the houses. You can walk to Twisted X Brewery and be in downtown Dripping Springs in less than 5 minutes.

5 minutes to many restaurants, HEB, Home Depot and many wineries, breweries and wedding venues.

HEB Grocery store is 5 minutes away.

The Hollie House was the perfect location for us to stay during our son’s Hill Country wedding. The house was adorable! It was conveniently located close to the night before dinner, wedding venue, and HEB for supplies. Beds and furniture were comfortable. It had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Always the first place I check

This rental house is by far the most well appointed I have ever stayed at. Everything you need from a fully equipped kitchen, to stocked bath/shower supplies and even a spare (new) toothbrush in case you forget yours. Love the neighborhood and close proximity to the downtown area. This is always the first place I look to rent when I go to this area.

Second time to stay at Hollie House. If we are ever in the area, we make sure and check if it’s available. Nice rural feel in the neighborhood with all the modern amenities in the house. Minutes from downtown and all the “city life” of Dripping Springs.

We stayed for a few days over Christmas to visit family in the area. The home was perfect for us and our two daughters. I am very picky and have pretty high standards when it comes to deciding where to stay and this home did not disappoint. Not only was it clean and visually appealing, but you could tell the hosts really thought about everything that would make a stay comfortable and convenient, from the water, snacks and K- cups for coffee to making sure all the instructions were easy to follow. If we are in the area again we would definitely be back.

Awesome property and experience!!!

The property is in a beautiful community, and is 2 miles from town. Pristine and clean, and the host left a few snacks and treats to enjoy. Rules we great as well, as there were few, and most focused on being respectful to the host the property and neighbors. Easy in/out, Cute, and Great Location for The Greenhouse at Driftwood

Very new and cute development with front porches that face each and not the streets. We went for a very brief trip for a Saturday wedding and other family were in another house a minute walk away. Nice gas stove which we used to make breakfast Saturday and Sunday. Check out to-do list was minimal with starting towles in the washing machine and taking out trash. It was so nice to not deal with stripping all the beds!
