Amazing place to stay. House is clean and has all the amenities you need. There is so much to do with an awesome pool. Host is so nice and easy to get ahold of. We have stayed there twice and definitely plan to go back!

Great house, great neighborhood, great hosts. Very clean and well appointed. Complimentary coffee, cereal, snacks, milk, OJ, and bottle of wine were really nice touches. Pool was fantastic. Enjoyed the games too. Beds were comfy. Plenty of space to spread out for our family of four. Located near a trail where we walked to nearby Sprouts Farmers Market and Walgreens. Would definitely return.

The host is amazing, extremely responsive, updated us when service people such as gardeners were coming, checked in before and after our extended stay to ensure everything was in order and could he do anything to make our stay better.

Phenomenal property. Very well stocked and many nice amenities provided such as snacks and coffee. Perfect for visiting our daughter. Would definitely want to come back here again! My younger kids enjoyed the pool and the arcade games.The host is very friendly and very attentive.

We had an amazing stay here. The beds were incredible comfy. The whole house was very spacious and accommodating for everything we needed. The outdoor amenities were also super enjoyable! We will be staying here in the future!

We loved this property! The house was clean and had lots of basic supplies like garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, toothbrush’s, spices, coffee, etc. They even stock a few snacks and drinks!The pool area is amazing - plenty of seating, coverage from the sun, and a tv outside.The rooms and beds were comfortable, the host was very responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was very easy. Will definitely come back!

Excellent! House and outdoor area/pool were all lovely and very clean. Communication with host was super. The complimentary snacks, mini bar, bottled water and wine were really nice and elevated the overall experience. House is also near a crushed rock trail that is nice for walking or running. We would absolutely book this property again.

Sunny AZ stay

Beautiful House

We rented this house for family coming into town for a visit. The house was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The kids enjoyed the pool, pool toys, and arcade games. A great place place to stay!

Perfect relaxing getaway

Everything about this stay was perfect! The hosts were very responsive and thought about everything! Everything we needed was already stocked and they even provided some snacks and drinks! The outside area is peaceful, private and we were even able to watch March Madness while enjoying the pool!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful the second time. Everything is as described on the listing, Jason is wonderful to work with and great with communication and information. We decided to heat the pool and we were so glad we did. The kids love coming here for the video games and space to spread out and I love having a hoe base while we visit family. We will be returning again!

This was undoubtedly the most well-equipped VRBO that we've experienced! The owner has thought of everything one might need to ensure a perfect stay. It's a beautiful home located in a very nice, quiet, walkable neighborhood. We highly recommend this property, and plan to stay again next time we're in Phoenix!

This house was very, clean, comfortable and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go...the pool area was something out of a magazine...sure wish the weather would have cooperated and we could have used the pool!The owner of the house was very accommodating and helpful...he was able to send us info of where to go eat, shop and things to do...we did go to one of his recommended places, an excellent Italian restaurant for dinner...I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Phoenix...A
