This spacious home has a wonderful location to everything you will want to do while in Asheville. Monthly discounts! Please message for inquiries.

The rental includes a private entrance, a large bedroom with a King size bed( New Zinus 12in Memory Foam King Mattress), walk in closet, modern kitchen with dining space that opens to living area, an outdoor patio with seating, a spacious bathroom with walk in shower, full size tub, and double vanity. Abundant off street parking, and HiGH SPEED WIFI access. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway and downtown. Guests will have access to the entire house and private outdoor area.

Located just down from Biltmore Village (Biltmore Estate) and just a few minutes to the center of downtown. Just down the street from several breweries, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, antique barns, and HWY 40. This location is central to everything Asheville. Please note that there is a separate apartment above with separate entrance that is not a part of this rental. It is not connected to other apartment from inside.

The heating system needs something more advanced to control the temperature. Some of the drinking glasses had a heavy film on them from over washing and need to be retired. The dishwasher didn’t dry properly after selecting the heater dry option. Great place and location!! Very comfortable place to stay!!

Great spot

Stayed 2 nights and spent most of my time away from the VRBO.The space was large and the furniture was clean and comfortable.It had all the creature comforts in a great, quiet location that was close to everything.No sweetener or creamer for the coffee but that was no big deal.

Great stay!

Lovely property in a great location to many things. Enjoyed the local breweries and restaurants and enjoyed the homeiness of the rental and how the owner made you feel at home. Would stay again and hope too!

The apartment was even more spacious than it seemed in the pictures. It was super clean, very big and well stocked kitchen, very fast WiFi. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location in asheville

Great location in Asheville, convenient, easy parking. Very clean and well appointed. The baseboard heat is a little tricky but the property manager outlines the instructions in the welcome book! I would definitely recommend this spot as a nice alternative to a hotel in Asheville!

Couples Biltmore Getaway

We arrived on Friday afternoon and Hated to leave Sunday. The Location was Perfect for my Girlfriend and I to spend time at Biltmore and spend time visiting Asheville as well as the layout of the house allowed me to chase her in circles!!!! The Accommodation was Clean and Exactly as advertised., we WILL Definitely Stay here Again!!

Long weekend in Asheville

The location is perfect. The property is well done and communication with host amazing. The first night the upstairs neighbors were a little loud late in the night, but that was resolved throughout the rest of stay. I would highly recommend this place. We will be returning hopefully soon!

Perfect Location! Everything we needed!

This space was perfect for what we needed! We came to explore asheville and needed a quick, safe, simple place to stay in a convenient location! This is exactly what we got. The manager was welcoming and responsive before, during and after our stay.
