The space
This clean and comfortable beach house is in a prime location, just one house from the beach. The lower level of a duplex, the unit has three bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom, cotton sheets, ceiling fans, and laminate flooring . There are four steps to enter the front door and two to access the large patio. The furnished patio faces the East Balboa Blvd. and is a perfect place to hang out. The garage and the laundry in the garage are shared with the upper unit. There is not enough space in the garage for a large SUV or large Truck. A four door sedan would fit in the garage.
A charcoal grill is provided on the patio but we request that guests buy their own charcoal and lighter fluid at one of the local markets within walking distance.

This is a whole house rental, the entire first floor of this duplex is available.
