Beautiful 2nd story 1800 sq ft patio right outside your door with gas grill and the most amazing sunsets. Gym and pool. One bedroom, one bath. Washer and dryer in unit. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Wine fridge. Beach chairs and toys included.

Host was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating to check-in and leaving times. We loved the location. Everything was with-in walking distance or a trolley ride. Enjoyed the company of the other guest at the communal patio deck.

Spent a month here to get out of the cold in the northeast. Great location. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Nancy - the host - was very responsive and helpful!

Had a great time!!

Was a nice condo, people around there were friendly, the owners were very nice and gracious. Close to the beach and many places to eat! The only drawbacks were no balcony to sit out on and the bed was very hard!

I’m glad you enjoyed our very friendly and welcoming community. While we do not advertise a balcony in the unit, there is an 1800 square-foot patio balcony directly outside the door. I’m sorry the bed was not to your preference. It is a brand new memory foam mattress. I have back issues and need a firm mattress. Possibly we can look into getting a pillow top covering for guest like a softer mattress. Hope to see you back soon!

Nice Vacation

Very clean, well decorated. Convenient. Good location. Unheated very small pool. No balcony or patio. Parking very limited.

Thank you. We are trying to work with the HOA board to add a heater to the pool. Parking is always very tight at beach properties. But our guests are always guaranteed a spot. While we do not advertise a balcony within the unit itself, we do have an 1800 sq door balcony directly outside the door that has many separate and private areas for our guests. Again we are glad you enjoyed your stay.
