Experience Bentonville like a local at the chic, cozy Bentonville Base! Located in a quiet neighborhood right off Walton Boulevard, our home is within MINUTES of everything Bentonville has to offer. Hop on the greenway within just 3 minutes (easily walkable and bike-able) or travel 5 minutes to access Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges Art Museum and the Momentary. At home, you'll find luxury amenities and plenty of living space for 12 people.

Step inside to enjoy our warm, inviting home with luxury amenities. When you enter our home, you'll immediately step into our living room, which features a cozy blue couch, two lounge chairs, and a 65-inch Vizio Smart TV. In the entertainment center you'll find boardgames like cards, Uno, and Fayetteville-oply. 

Walk through the living room to enter the dining area where you'll find our 6-person dining table and direct access to the porch. To the right is our kitchen, which features stunning green cabinetry, bar seating and all the necessary amenities for cooking, baking and making that perfect cup of coffee. Head downstairs to enjoy our game room. In this space, you'll find a couch, lounge chair, 65-inch Vizio Smart TV and foosball table. 

At the end of the night, choose from one of our six luxury beds. (1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, dresser, 40-inch Vizio Smart TV, door leading to the back deck and en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, closet, 40-inch Vizio Smart TV, and nearby bathroom. (3) Our third bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, closet, 40-inch Vizio Smart TV, and nearby bathroom. (4-5) Our fourth bedroom has two Queen-size beds, a dresser, a closet, 40-inch Vizio Smart TV and nearby bathroom. 

Through a door off the dining room, you'll find a deck area complete with a BBQ grill and 6-person outdoor dining table. This space can also be accessed through the Master bedroom.

Hop in the car or on your bike for a quick ride to all Bentonville has to offer! Make sure to bring your mountain bike to enjoy the extensive MTB trail system.

Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
