This property was exactly as described and expected. The common rooms were quite large and the bedrooms were also very spacious. More than enough room for the four adults and 2 children. The main attraction of course was the pool. We spent hours each day enjoying the water and our granddaughter actually swam without her vest for the first time. We made many lasting memories on this vacation and this property was the perfect place for us. A few other thigs.Host was extremely easy to work with. Centrally located to anything we needed. Sponge docks, Tampa Aquarium, Howard Beach are some must do's

We recently visited and enjoyed our stay while we were visiting family in the area.The house was very clean and furniture was very comfortable . The pool was clean and was family friendly with a pool float and other inflatables ( we did not use ) We went for walks in the neighborhood and felt safe. It was a short driving distance to the YMCA , Grocery store and some restaurants .We would definitely stay here again .

This house and location were perfect for our short family stay. Probably most important for most people, cleanliness and comfortable beds. Nailed it! 10 out of 10! Would not hesitate to stay again.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful 9 nights staying here. The house was exactly as described in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The owners were unbelievably kind and flexible and went out of their way to help us before and during our stay.If we return to this area we will 100% look at rebooking this house!

Excellent home!

We enjoyed our stay In this home. It was very clean and spacious! The pool was perfect and felt very private and secluded from neighbors. It was easy to find, and convenient to Tampa. Would stay here again!

We are from Texas and came and stayed for a week. We truly loved staying at this property it was beautiful inside and out. The owners were quick to respond if we had any issues or concerns. Neighborhood was super quiet. The pool was relaxing and clean as well. Would definitely recommend.

Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Pool is a very nice edition. Cozy bed! Not far from the downtown area with all the restaurants and bars.

The beds were very comfortable. Spacious house. The lanai and pool area nice. Not heated but my 35 year old daughter jumped in everyday!!! Loved it. The donkey and roosters did a lot of talking!!! It was awesome! You are not far from new port Richey downtown, catches waterfront, st Pete’s Clearwater, Hudson beach…I would definitely recommend this home to all. Had a great stay!!

Cousin get together

The house and pool were wonderful, such a great place for catching up with our cousins! We are four 70 women, our only complaint was no safety bars in showers.

Wonderful properry in New Port Richey

The house and property were beautiful. Perfectly equiped and comfortable. Listing photos didn't do it justice. Lovely pool and covered patio were perfect. A deck overlooking a pond was an extra treat. One of the best we've stayed in.

perfect house for four, quiet neighborhood

Lovely home, perfect for parents and 2 children. We didn't use the pool, but it was nice. The patio was very inviting. Everything was clean and nice. Easy to get to property. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.
