This place is fabulous! Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants and a beach next door. I could have spent a week doing nothing but watching the surfers from the lanai. 10/10 recommend

Very nice stay! The condo had everything we needed, views were beautiful. No trouble parking and very close to walk into the busy areas, but quiet at the condo. Nice pool and hot tub!

We loved everything about this waterfront condo! It was fully stocked with everything we needed! The view was incredible! It’s walkable to many great shops and restaurants. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and we were so grateful how they opened up their home for us. We would love to come back!

The location was outstanding! The condo was well appointed with everything need for a great vacation. Since we prefer eating in rather than going out, the kitchen had everything we needed plus more. We often stay at Kona Reef for the beautiful views and easy walking access to Kona town. This condo was very comfortable and clean - a nice bed, good air conditioning, all the things we needed in the kitchen and easy check out. It was easy to text with the host with quick response. Only disappointment was the grills near the pool weren't working great, but that is a Kona Reef problem. Mahalo!

Excellent location, beautiful condo, equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers. Fabulous lanai to have coffee in am and overlook ocean in pm. Stunning - I could have sat and watched the waves break on the ocean rocks all day. Highly recommend!
