The Space:

Perfectly set up for multiple families, this 5-bedroom (8-beds), 4.5 bathroom home is perfect for your next mountain escape. A cozy great room invites relaxation with high vaulted ceilings, large comfortable couches, flat screen TV and stunning stone fireplace. This main living area draws and invites with its artistic lighting and décor, connecting the dining, kitchen, and main gathering areas.

The cooks in your group will love the well-equipped kitchen with a Lachance range, Miele coffee machine, custom cabinetry, and stone countertops. The open kitchen allows conversation and interaction with seating for eight at the dining table, with an additional five seats at the kitchen bar. A half bath is located off the great room.

A king ensuite on the main floor is private and elegant. High vaulted ceilings and large windows in the master allow for a beautiful view of the wooded property. The ensuite bathroom has every convenience with a double sink and glass shower.

The queen bedroom across the hall on the main floor is exquisitely decorated with custom tilework in the ensuite bathroom.

On the second floor there are two separate queen bedrooms. The first room hosts a queen bed nestled into a custom nook, with modern fixtures and styling. The second queen room is connected to the upstairs bathroom which is equipped with double sinks, custom cabinets and an open shower. Enjoy the second floor sitting area with cozy seating and a flat screen TV.

In the basement, kids will love the bunk room which contains 2 queen beds and 2 top twin bunks. A dedicated full bath sits exclusively for the lower-level bedroom.

Get ready for family game or movie night in the lower-level recreation room containing foosball, pop a shot, air hockey and bubble hockey. The downstairs is complete with wet bar, dishwasher and mini fridge, a large flat-screen TV, comfortable couches, and a hand-made wood table for additional dining or playing board games.

The lower level opens up to a covered outdoor space with more seating, a hot tub, and a place to enjoy s’mores and stargazing.

Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
