The rooms were very small and the beds were not comfortable. There were several (dead) roaches in the kitchen. The house next door had trash all in the yard and the grass was very overgrown. Per a prior conversation, my sister was to be included in the emails regarding the check in/check out process, but that did not happen.

The bungalow was nice, but unfortunately the AC was broken and a tech was dispatched promptly after hours. The management found us another home in the area which more than met our expectations. Overall the home was as described, had a great location and it appeared to be relatively safe for the short amount of time we spent there. We absolutely appreciated the customer service’s promptness and professionalism

Wonderful property

Second time I have stayed here and was just as great as my first stay. Very quiet neighborhood and enjoyed having the private yard for me and my dog to enjoy. Stay is for work in Jacksonville and this area provides an easy commute into town.

The entire home was clean with towels and soaps provided. We stayed in the area so we could walk to restaurants and shopping, it was a 5-10 minute walk. It was just as easy to get on the highway. We had no issues with the home, it was setup well and we did use the dishes and dishwasher! We will definitely stay here again. Eric was quick to respond and offered us a discount to extend our visit, wish we could have!

Welcoming and Stylish

Enjoyed our stay at this Tranquil Avondale Home! It was so welcoming and comfortable that we did not want to leave to explore the area. Morning coffee in the quiet backyard watching the Cardinals was my favorite. Looking forward to returning for a longer stay!

Jacksonville Rendezvous

A beautiful older home (love the interior trim work) that was so conveniently located near coffee shops and restaurants. Easy to get to off the highway and in a nice neighborhood. We will stay there again in the future.

Long Weekend in Jacksonville

The house was just as advertised. It was the perfect size and decor; it truly felt like you were staying in a home rather than a stripped-down vacation rental. Having a fenced-in yard was a must for our furry children, and having restaurants and cute shops within walking distance was ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place perfect location

Had to stay here as our new house was being finished. Stayed almost 2 months and can’t say enough good things about the place and the great prompt communication from Eric! Recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to restaurants, Riverside or Avondale.

Loved everything about this place. House was very cute, clean, and well furnished. The patio area in back was great. Enjoyed how close to everything this place was. Walkable to several great restaurants and beach was a quick drive away. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Would return to this place in a heartbeat!

Great Location!

I stayed at this property for a work week in downtown. Found the location to be perfect for bringing my dog, walking to restaurants and commuting into town. The home was clean, well equipped and fenced in. Bed was comfortable and a quiet older neighborhood. Will definitely return for future trips.

Perfect Size

Property was just perfect for a weekend with 3 friends…clean, with everything you need for a visit…didn’t get a chance to use the outside pizza oven but wanted to! Perfect walking location to restaurants and shops…easy access to all things Jax and short ride to St Augustine.
