I love staying here while in Hendersonville. It’s my go to place. This stay; however, was not quite as peaceful due to loud dog a floor above me that barked and ran around causing loud scratching noises on hardwood floors. At one point I frantically jumped out of bed thinking they were in my condo. But condo is lovely and very convenient to downtown.

Beautiful Place in Excellent location

Great location

This location is one block from the top of Main St. Hendersonville and walking distance to everything there. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect jumping off point to the area or just enjoying downtown Hendersonville.

Comfortable and clean

A friend and I stayed here while visiting Hendersonville and loved it. The property was clean and updated as well as very comfortable. It was within walking distance to restaurants in the main part of town.

Apple Festival Fun

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Minette's Downtown Condo. The location is fantastic, and the condo is very clean, updated and comfortable. We were there during the North Carolina Apple Festival which was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Charming condo in an older building. The building has been modernized but keeps the early 1900’s feel. The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant Downtown area on foot.

Perfect location.

It was our first time in Hendersonville and we elected to stay near downtown. This place was perfect. It was within walking distance of Main Street and all its associated restaurants and bars. It's a perfect place for couples. And, the property manager was very responsive to all questions.

Beautiful Condo

this is our 4th time staying here and it met all our expectations on every stay. Next to downtown Hendersonville and very clean. Only issue is you can hear the neighbors upstairs roaming around.
