The apartment was very easy to find, plenty of parking, and was very close to downtown. Inside, the place was very clean, and the bed and furniture were very comfortable. In all, I would rent the place again.
Communication with host was excellent, easy to check-in, parking was easy, and the place was walking distance to the Main Street so we could walk to restaurants.
We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend, and was easy walking distance to the main street area. Emily was super responsive before and during our stay. My only complaint (minor!) is that there was no exterior picture of the building and the listing doesn't mention that the apartment is in a building with businesses. When we pulled in I thought we were at the wrong place, but it was fine and we didn't see another soul come or go either night.
I can’t say enough good about this place. Emily was great to work with, the location was within walking distance of downtown and we everything we needed for our stay.
This apartment was very clean and convenient to downtown Hendersonville. It was perfect for our stay and we will consider booking it again.

We had a wonderful stay in Hendersonville! The location was absolutely amazing and made it easy to walk to all the downtown restaurants, breweries, shops, and entertainment. If you're looking to enjoy everything downtown has to offer, this is a fantastic spot. The apartment was very clean, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay.A few things future guests should know: I wish I had paid closer attention to the listing photos because I was disappointed to discover there was no stove. I enjoy cooking and would have loved at least a hot plate for preparing a meal or two. The building is also multi-use, so it felt a little unusual walking through a professional office waiting area to access the apartment. The bathroom is quite small—clean and functional, but definitely only accommodates one person at a time.I'd also recommend packing lightly since there are stairs to reach the apartment.Overall, these were minor issues compared to the positives. The excellent location, cleanliness, responsive host, and great value made this a terrific place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would gladly stay here again.
A friend and I stayed for New Year's eve to be close to celebrations in downtown Hendersonville. We were pleasantly surprised with this cozy little apartment. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted. Parking was great. I loved the character and charm of the building. The host was wonderful and very responsive. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Very close to Main Street!! Parking was fantastic!! It is up stairs so plan accordingly. Communication with host was timely. I have already booked it for my next business event in that area. Does have a microwave and full size smaller fridge. If you plan to cook meals, there is no stove. Didn't realize that until I got there but Marcos Pizza does deliver. The futon and main bed were comfortable. Didn't use the twin. The twin and futon are in the same room. No door on main bedroom so maybe bring a curtain or something if that is an issue. It was perfect for my weekend stay and easy walking distance to Main Street. The building it is in is pretty cool too!!
We have lived in Hendersonville for 19 years and love it here! We live on the eastern end of the county, in the Edneyville area. We have 3 children, ages 18, 15, and 12. We are homeschool family and like to stay active in our community.
Why they chose this property
This apartment building houses several office spaces and one short term rental apartment. The convenience of Main Street, 7th Avenue, and the downtown area in general make this the perfect location for a vacation rental.
What makes this property unique
The historic nature of the building and the area make the unit very unique! We have updated it to include modern amenities, but the antique touches add charm to the whole building.
