Come and enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy home conveniently located downtown Hendersonville, NC. This 1920's home has been fully renovated but still offers character and charm. A short walk to downtown Hendersonville and close to many tourist spots. 1 block away from Pardee Hospital. Convenient to travel to many areas such as Asheville, Greenville, Saluda, Brevard, etc. Near the Ecusta Trail. You can walk, bike, drive to many tourist areas.

This home offers one level living consisting of 2 bedrooms (each has 1 queen bed), 1 bath, full kitchen, dining area and office space. A wonderful covered porch to relax and enjoy your time away. The rental space is the entire upstairs of the home. The lower level is closed off and not available for rent.

Central A/C and heat, washer/dryer

Living room has a 50" Smart TV where you are able to log into your accounts. Some board games and puzzles are provided.

Full size kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, utencils provided. Keriug coffee maker. Ice trays are available. Dish soap and hand soap is available along with a one roll of paper towels to get you started. You will need to provide spices, sugars, groceries, additional paper products, etc that you will need. No dishwasher

Both bedrooms have queen beds. We know how important it is as a guest have clean linens. We change our comforters, blankets and linens after each stay. We sanitize all areas to assure a clean and safe home for your stay. Luggage rack located in each closet. Iron and ironing board located in the back bedroom closet.

1 bathroom- has tub/shower combo. Bring your own bath soap, shampoo, conditioner. Towels, hair dryer and handsoap for the sink and a roll of toilet paper are provided to get you started.

Our stay at Hendo Haven was superb. Communication with the host was amazing and the house itself was super cozy, clean, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the fall decor touches! An added bonus was its proximity to downtown Hendersonville and surrounding places of interest. I’ll definitely book this rental again next time we are up that way.

This is a lovely, immaculate home in the perfect location for exploring all that Hendersonville and surrounding areas have to offer. The house is beautifully decorated, extremely welcoming, and to top it off, the beds are extremely comfortable! The host is attentive and accessible, and all of our needs were expertly met. We already look forward to staying here again in the future.

The kitchen was good sized and well equipped. Home comes with all the instructions for using the amenities. Would definitely stay at the Hendo haven again!!

Pam’s home was very clean and comfortable and exactly as she described. It’s decorated nicely and she had gone out of her way to decorate for the holidays. The home is in a very good location close to the downtown area of Hendersonville. Be aware, as Pam said in her description, that she doesn’t provide bath soap, shampoo, etc. or pantry items. We would stay here again when we are in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this VBRO! The house was spotlessly clean and conveniently located, making it the perfect spot for our needs. We used it primarily as a place to sleep while spending most of our time working at my parents’ nearby home, and it met all our expectations. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. Five stars for a great experience!

Wow I can’t even begin to say how awesome this home is. So simple- you have everything you could possibly need at the house. It was perfect for my friend and I. The full kitchen was well stocked and we and everything we everything we needed for a comfortable long weekend. The space was clean, not too big, but also not too small. The outdoor patio was also nice. Location was perfect. We would stay here again!

The hosts were awesome! Our stay was during a snowy winter storm. Chris salted the walkway and brought back-up heat...they even called to make sure we were warm enough! The house is absolutely adorable.....it has a great kitchen , with all you need to fix meals. I especially liked the little room off the kitchen. It overlooks the backyard, and I loved watching the snow from that window.
