Casa Del Sol is a beautiful home located on Salt Lake, with stunning water views in every direction. This large home offers beautiful amenities, and peaceful outdoor spaces. There is a private boat slip and fishing dock, complete with underwater fishing lights.

The coastal decor of the living room is inviting and pleasing. A comfortable couch and several armchairs offer seating for five. Amazing water views compete with the large flat screen TV.

Warm and welcoming is how you will find this kitchen. Well stocked with modern appliances, you'll find everything from the coffee maker to the blender at your disposal. The dining nook has a table that seats six, with cushy stools for three more at the breakfast bar.

On the main floor of this home, the primary bath offers a queen-sized bed, and flat screen tv. This room has access to the deck through sliding glass doors. The en-suite bath features a walk-in shower.

Climbing the stairs to the third floor brings you to the second and third bedrooms. Both are furnished with queen sized beds. One bedroom offers a TV, the other bedroom boasts beautiful water views. The large, shared bath on this floor has a shower/ tub combination.

Descending to the bottom floor of this large home takes you to the remaining bedrooms. Bedroom number four has a queen-sized bed and is located directly at the bottom of the stairs. Between the bedrooms is a shared bath with a walk-in shower. The fifth and final bedroom also has a queen bed. This room has its own TV and also has access to the downstairs patio through sliding glass doors.

There is a large laundry room located on the main (2nd) floor of this home.

Casa Del Sol is truly a water-lover's house! You are so close to Salt Lake that sometimes you even feel like you are on a boat. Outdoor dining for four is available on the upper deck, along with two wicker rocking chairs that provide the perfect spot to take in the sunset. Downstairs on the ground floor patio, you'll be able to relax in one of two hammocks close to the water.

The fishing is great from the boat slip/ fishing dock, complete with underwater fishing lights! The fish cleaning station has water and lights.

Perfect fishing get-away!

This house was a perfect fit for our family. My 3 teenage boys , my 7 year old , and my husband, very much enjoyed fishing late into the night on the private pier! The views of the water were beautiful and the balcony was perfect to just sit back and relax. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay!

The only exit from the back of the house to get to the back yard is through a bedroom. So although this was a little inconvenient for us, we still enjoyed our stay. our kids had fun fishing from the pier all day.

Green fishing lights did not work and maintenance was not able to access the breaker box in the garage. Boards on the pier were warped and in need of repair. TV remotes for a couple of the bedrooms did not work and some of the beds were not very comfortable.

Housing was awesome! Plenty of room and access to amenities. Wish there were things at the location though. The house was short or bathroom tissue and paper towels. Seems to be something there should be plenty of. The fishing wasn’t great but that had nothing to do with the house. The dock was perfect and the lighting was great. The bbq didn’t have propane which is kinda weird. Either way we had a great stay just wish a few things were at the house.

Just okay

We arrived to the house and we liked the house, it’s in a great location and it is beautifully decorated. I would give it a 5 star raining but there were some inaccuracies from the listing. The listing states that it sleeps 12, however there are only 5 full sized beds. There is only a max of 12 people that are allowed to be at the property at any given time, but most importantly, there is a weak section in the floor that everyone was very uncomfortable stepping on for fear of falling through to the bottom floor. This really needs to be addressed ASAP!
