Don't want to deal with the hassle of parking, no problem, this home is only a short walk away from the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop that can take you and your family straight to downtown and the chairlifts. This is the quintessential Colorado mountain experience – your family and friends will love it!

This cozy 3-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom home is perfect for up to eight guests. The Blue River community is a close drive to town; it’s a popular place for people looking to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Breck but be “close to the action.” You’ll also love the nearby hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails! Just a short walk away from the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop to whisk you and your guests away to the mountains while being able to avoid the headache of last-minute downtown parking.

Inside, the living area features a gas stove, comfy seating, and large windows that fill the area with natural light. Just outside, there’s a great deck sitting next to the river with a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to enjoy the cool mountain breeze. The kitchen has quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to whip up a culinary mountain masterpiece. The farmhouse style table in the dining room has room for six, and there’s room for two more at the breakfast bar.

There’s also a full laundry area and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

This was the perfect cozy cabin in a really great location. Only took us about 5 minutes to drive into Main Street in Breckenridge. The fireplace was our favorite part and we loved using the family board games! Will absolutely book here again. No issues with arrival or departure, host was great. Only suggestion I can leave is maybe a fan and humidifier for every room- the cabin air does get really dry.

Our family of 4 fit perfectly in this cabin, the creek access was perfect for my two boys to do some fishing and the deck was great for watching them make memories. In the evenings we even had two fox visit us right up on the deck while we were inside!

Great location. Very clean and spacious. Quaint creek running along the back of the cabin. Outside yard could better maintained. No gas grill. We would stay there again.

Great Basecamp

We stayed for a week and highly enjoyed it! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and blankets, easy to find and simple check in process. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We had 3 adults, 2 kids and had plenty of room (although the house isn't huge by any means) We absolutely loved the stream that runs thru the property. Breck is only 5 min drive and we liked that the house wasn't in th craziness of town. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet home in scenic neighborhood

5 adults shared the house for a ski vacation. The house was clean with plenty of space for our group. It has a large kitchen. The appliances, including the clothes washer and dryer all worked. The temperature of the bedrooms was inconsistent. An electronic blanket was available. The bus stop is close but the bus times are limited. We chose to drive and park at the mountain. I would choose to stay here again.

Sweet getaway

This house has everything and more. Close proximity to Breck, great outdoor space, ample space inside for everyone to spread out and a full kitchen. We even woke up one morning to a moose in the actual back yard of the house. Less than 15 feet from the back door. Definitely a highlight of the trip.

Cabin near Breckenridge

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It had or was close to everything we needed. The amount of ice in the driveway was a bit much for my sister's car (without 4x4) but we managed. :) The owners were easy to get ahold of and always responded quickly. We appreciated that there wasn't a "laundry list" of things to do before we could check out. The cabin itself was beautiful and we would definitely stay here again!
