This private home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two indoor living spaces, a large screened porch, and a desk with a gorgeous waterfront view if you need to get some work done on your getaway. There is a private dock for you to enjoy. The main floor bedrooms each have a queen bed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy all your meals and the dining room seats 6. Outside you can fire up the propane grill or show off your smoking skills on the Pellet grill! Downstairs in the finished basement you’ll find a wet bar, desk area, extra living space, foosball, and a 3rd bedroom furnished with two sets of bunk beds. There is also a laundry room with washer/dryer should you need to run a load or two.

Good space for staying on the lake near Clemson! Everything was great! If you want to use the dock for a boat though, definitely check the water level of lake and another comment provided by a guest. When we stayed in early November, end of dock was just at the edge of the water. We didn't have a boat though, so didn't matter for us.

Great location with amazing views from back screened porch. Ideally located close to 'The Pier' and Clemson for visiting family.

Great Property with the exception of the dock

The house overall is a great value, however the surrounding area is not the greatest. In addition the dock was unusable as the lake level had dropped and it was locked in place so we were unable to tie a boat to the dock, or even use it to jump off of while swimming, as only the last foot or so even touched the water. We asked the owners about this and they stated there was nothing they could do even though it was a rolling jack dock (jacks had been locked). You may want to check the lake level and if it is below approx. 658' you may not be able to use the dock for anything but sitting. The driveway to park a trailer is extremely tight, so if you have a larger boat this may be a problem. We would up leaving ours at the ramp. The host were very responsive and considering the price for the house it is a great property minus the things listed above. The house was clean and very spacious.
