Guests enjoy the ultimate couples retreat, on the south side of 30A with a community pool and private beach access. Plus it comes with 2 free bikes; the perfect way to get around 30A.

The bright, airy condo features a queen bed and end tables with lamps on each side. 2 comfy chairs are at the foot of the bed, along with a table in the middle to set down drinks while hanging out or watching the Smart TV.

The kitchen is fully-equipped and the dishwasher makes clean-up easy! Enjoy the (nearly!) full-sized fridge with freezer as well as a dedicated ice maker. Guests also enjoy a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker to round out a great list of amenities.

Just steps away from emerald waters and sugar sand beaches, you'll enjoy a quick walk to private beach access.

Emerald Hill Disappointment

Run down property with little to no maintenance. The entry door to unit gave us trouble the whole stay, the unit was extremely small and difficult for two people to exist in. Pool water was disgusting and not once did we see anyone doing any cleaning or maintenance of pool. The pool was our main reason for selecting this particular property and that was a HUGE disappointment

Great Stay

This place really met our expectations! It’s so cute, so well thought-out and so worth it. The bikes are an added plus! It’s near a ton of cute restaurants and shops, so that being able to hop on a bike and ride around, helped make it feel more like vacation. The view of the beach and the closeness of it = perfection. 10/10 stay. The only comment my mom had.. which isn’t a big deal at all, but thought I’d pass along. She wishes there was a full length mirror (maybe on the tall clothing cabinet right by the bathroom!) ESP since it’s a small and well organized space, with two people getting ready, another mirror could definitely help. But again, such a small suggestion. Really love this and will def be back!

Pleasant beach day

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was comfortable. The private access to beach and pool was amazing and we used the 2 bikes provided to travel to Seaside where we ate lunch and shopped around. We hope to visit again soon!

Great Little Place, but….

This studio condo is in an excellent location. The condo community, although older, has its own private gated beach. Also, close to many good restaurants and not far from Publix. The unit is nicely decorated, large TV, beautiful shower, and ample storage… but… Our only complaints were the fridge and the mattress. The pictures show a full size fridge, however on arrival there was only a mini fridge. We like to keep leftovers, beverages, groceries etc. in the fridge when at the beach, so we had to pack what we could in the fridge, and course half of it froze… so the mini fridge was a bummer. The mattress… of course everyone has their own personal preference but we both felt the mattress was extremely firm, and we like a moderately firm mattress, but this one was FIRM. So, for the price of this place I think a full-size fridge and a quality king size mattress are needed… and if those changes were made we would return for another stay!

Sands Getaway

This apartment is beautifully and moderately decorated. It is extremely clean you could smell it as soon as you walked in. It’s a perfect amount of space for a couple. They have it stocked with everything you could need we didn’t have to buy anything except our food. The management office provides clear and quick response to emails. We will definitely rent here again!!!
