The place was over the top nice. Don’t overlook the A/C. Most places in Estes do not have air conditioning. It gets hot there in the summer. Summer time in Estes is beautiful. If you go there, these cabins definitely do not disappoint.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin in Estes Park! The home was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The views were absolutely stunning, and there was plenty of room for cooking and relaxing. Everyone had space to unwind comfortably. We loved being close to the lake and just a short drive from town, while still enjoying the privacy and quiet of the cabin. It was the perfect balance of convenience and seclusion. We would definitely stay here again!

I’ve been coming to Estes my whole life being Colorado born and raised. My Wife and I have been coming to Estes for almost 10 years since we have been together. This place is perfect and I don’t know how I have never found this gem! Everything was perfect for my wife’s 40th. The dogs absolutely loved it as well. It’s official that we will stay nowhere else from now on when we stay in Estes.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're honored to have been part of such a special celebration. So glad you, your wife, and your pups loved the stay — we can't wait to welcome you back!
What a lovely home with incredible attention to detail. The downside is the neighborhood it is tucked into. The pictures of the home were very accurate, but the area surrounding the home could have been more acurately presented.

The property is new and areas around it are still being renovated. The location is wonderful. Steps to the lake! You can walk into town but it might too long if a walk for some.
The cabin is very well done. We felt like we were in our own home.

This was the perfect property for our family Christmas. The house was beautiful and everything was just as advertised. The property management was available and very attentive. They shoveled the snow from our sidewalk, porch, and steps and picked up our trash each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again in the summer months.

Lovely, but associated fees make for an expensive stay
The property is lovely. Spacious, Beautifully appointed, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very close to the lake. Our issue was with all the associated booking fees. I’ve never had a damage “deposit” that was non refundable after checkout. At booking you are charged a credit card processing fee, but they take no other form of payment Several other minor fees. One of our guests suffered a medical emergency and we feared they could not come. They were taking a dog. I asked if they weren’t able to join us if the $227 (for 2 days) pet fee would be refunded and they said “no” because we’d already paid it. The per night quote before fees ended up being over twice that. Just be aware of that, and if that’s okay with you, you’ll have a great time

Thank you for your feedback, Terry. We're glad you had a wonderful time during your stay.
Our cabin was one of roughly 30 in a community. Lake location is very nice, if we come back I’d make sure we are lakefront. Our views from the middle of the complex weren’t great unless you are on the 2nd floor. That said, this place had everything. Nice design. Well appointed. Good mattresses and bedding. Kitchen fully outfitted, although other than a packet of coffee and salt and pepper you need to bring in everything else. Good restaurant on property with the nicest staff (Bill and Mindy in particular). 2 minor nits: if you don’t have a guest in there the day before why don’t you let the next one come in early? We had a long travel day and would have lived to come in sooner. We were let in around 330P v 400P but 1P or 2P would have improved our moods quite a bit. I agreed to this up front so I can’t complain, but it’s a good way to go the extra mile to get repeat customers. Also, the igniter on the bbcue doesn’t work. Normally not a huge deal except during a rainstorm. Still, the property is awesome and we highly recommend it.
