its ok

killed 3 cockroaches the first 3 days, 2 were very large. Pool was great, nice and warm. Place looks a little better in the pics than in real life. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

Wonderful location and had everything we needed

The Villa Clarissa was a very nice place to stay. The property manager Julio is always easy to reach and he’s very helpful. Having a private pool was a huge bonus. Fans kept the place cool enough so we didn’t need the a/c. The community is gated and safe. It is loud there as many motorcycles drive by but you get you used to it and it quiets down by midnight. Communication with the host was always pleasant and responsive.

It has been our dream to find a way to spend more time together. So, after several years of searching for our home away from home, we finally landed in Las Terrenas. We immediately fell in love with this paradise, and we know that you will, too. Welcome, we are so happy to share our villa with you.

Our villa is the perfect home away from home. You will enjoy the completely private pool, an outdoor shower, and a covered terrace. The location is ideal as you can enjoy the privacy and security of a walled/gated villa only a few steps from beautiful beaches and restaurants, with the hustle and bustle of town just minutes away. You really get the best of both worlds.

What makes this property unique

After looking at dozens of properties, we knew immediately that our villa was the one! The property is part of a gated, walled-in community with multiple villas. We have security guards, a garden & pool caretaker, along with property liaisons who will help to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. For an extra fee, our property liaisons will help you with errands or arrange excursions around the area. In addition, they can provide personal chef experiences right at the villa.
