House has 2 large bedrooms with plenty of storage and one full bath. The designer, gourmet kitchen is open to a large living room with AMAZING views. Generous outdoor seating options and (log) firepit for your enjoyment.

A wonderful second stay at Kim's Landing! The views can't be beat and a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. A bonus on this trip was a harbor boat parade and fireworks for the 250th that could be watched from the patio overlooking the inner harbor. Looking forward to next years visit.

Beautiful home and great views. The only thing I missed was being able to go into water from property. House has everything you could possibly need. Very clean and extremely comfortable furniture. Looking forward to staying here again next year.

Please note** This is a waterfront property with a sea wall. There is a set of wood steps that lead to the lower sea wall , and concrete steps leading into the sound. You CAN absolutely enter the water from the property, but it is NOT a sandy beach entry. Please see the photos for reference and message the owner with any further questions. Thank you.

This was our second time staying here and we are already looking forward to a third! The house is spotless, with a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen and amazing panoramic views of the water. It's a perfect place for some much-needed rest and relaxation!

This is truly a Waterfront Escape! The location is beautiful and the accommodations are terrific! We have stayed here several times and look forward to every trip. Our host, Kim, is wonderful to work with, and we couldn't be more pleased with all that property has to offer. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect vacation! As a added note...the sunsets are incredible!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful waterfront home! Even though it was a chilly May weekend, the house was perfect—we stayed cozy by the fireplace and had a blast playing ping pong and the other games provided by our host, Kim. Kim was truly a delight to work with and made everything so easy. We’ve already booked our next stay for July and cannot wait to come back!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! The sunsets were breathtaking, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The furnishings were very comfortable, and the house was sparkling clean. The patio became our favorite spot to unwind. We are already planning our next visit! The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of books and board games for entertainment. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with many plates, serving dishes, and even variety of seasonings—which many VRBO properties don’t provide. I especially loved serving dinner using the fish-shaped serving plates and bowls!We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for renting your property to us.

My goal for this stay was rest and relaxation and Kim’s place delivered. Easy check-in. Prompt communication; everything was as advertised. The waterfront deck was the best with its view, comfortable deck chairs in both the sun and shade, sunsets, and peaceful nature. Would stay again.
