Located in beautiful Pebble Beach less than a mile to Spanish Bay Resort and beach, this single-family home is perfect for family gatherings. Current photos do not yet reflect the newly remodeled kitchen, half bath, downstairs primary suite, laundry room, staircase, paved driveway and paver backyard patio with gas firepit and plentiful seating! New photos to come. This recently remodeled home has over 2700 sq ft with a bright, open floor plan and vaulted ceilings, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, formal living room with large sectional couch and double-sided gas fireplace, open concept kitchen and dining area, two master suites (one on each level and both have Cal King beds), two additional bedrooms with queen beds, ROKU tv, seating and luxurious linens. Additional amenities include: wood floors, two gas fireplaces, large panoramic windows looking out on to the large deck, firepit, lounge chairs, dining table and lush private yard with gas fireplace, dining and lounging area. The remodeled kitchen boasts a large island with seating for six and well equipped with a 6 burner gas range, microwave, Kerig and regular coffee maker and every other gadget imaginable! The finished two car garage is stocked with eight beach chairs, towels and several coolers. One car bay has been turned in to a home gym with ROKU tv, TRX, weighted balls, mats, bands and stability balls. Enjoy the beach walk to Pacific Grove or towards Carmel, hike the forest trails, bike 17 Mile Drive or play a round of golf at one of the many award-winning golf courses. Downtown Pacific Grove is minutes away to enjoy the shops and restaurants or visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, Wharf or Downtown Monterey.

Pebble Beach Paradise is aptly named

This is our 5th year renting this beautiful spacious home. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has a drive way large enough for 3 cars or more. I love waking up and having coffee in the jewel box dining room. It's extra wonderful if there is fog swirling in and around. It's like being inside a Faberge Egg --- a surprise awaits every day. This is truly a special home!

Family Friendly Location

Loved the convenience of this location and access to the different golf course dining options so close by and also the hiking trails we could walk to easily. The first few days were warm and sunny and those of us use to air conditioning had a bit of an adjustment period but it soon turned cooler. We also loved the garage set up for work outs. The floor plan was fun and the back yard so enjoyable. One other issue that was an adjustment were the couple of rooms that had decorative windows high up with no window coverings - that limited where we could set up our toddler for sleeping purposes. We cooked in a lot and the kitchen and grill were great. We do highly recommend this property. Our prayers go out to all those affected by the fires in CA and those having to deal with the poor air quality.

Perfect for Families

We were looking for a getaway where we could enjoy a week but still minimize going out. This property satisfied all our needs and set up for indoor and outdoor entertainment. The downstairs is situated like a great room with access to the back patio with a firepit for the smores and where we played cornhole. The 4 bedrooms were well appointed with queen and king beds, all with TVs, fast internet and 3.5 bathrooms. We also cooked at the home, so fully stocked with dishes, flatware, pots/pans and a BBQ. We were also able to perform a Costco, Safeway delivery (both through Instacart) and DoorDash deliveries. When we finally ventured out, we ate at Roys @ Spanish Bay (less than 5 min) where the outdoor seating was no less than 10 feet apart. From this location, you're 10-15 min from Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel. You're inside the 17-mile drive gates, so you can navigate around this incredible landscape.

Met or exceeded expectations

Rented this home for four nights with three old friends for golf at Pebble Beach. It was perfect, and matched expectations. Great location near Spanish Bay. Four large bedrooms, and a great dining area indoors as well as outdoor grill and table with umbrella. We cooked dinner in most nights, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The grill outside was perfect too. The house is updated and well appointed. One small miss is not having a sound system that we could easily use Bluetooth to connect with, so bring your own small speaker if you want music. The garage has a nice gym setup. I brought my bike and the location was excellent so every morning I could start the day with a ride along the ocean on 17 Mile Drive, before golf in the afternoon. We found the rental group easy to deal with and everything was as promised. What you see is what you get, and in this case, that is all good.

Beautiful home in Pebble Beach

We were two couples with two children traveling for a golf getaway in the Pebble Beach area. This was the perfect home. 4-generously sized bedrooms (3 upstairs) allowed everyone to have enough space. Nice outdoor patio area with grill made for a fun evening at the house. Minutes away from the Inn at Spanish Bay so we could enjoy a drink by the fire pits while listening to the bagpiper in the evenings at the Inn. We’ll be back!

Pebble Beach Paradise

This home is beautiful, spacious and in a great location. It a lovely back patio area with grill, large table with umbrella and seating for 8, plus lounge chairs for those sunny California days. Located in Pebble Beach, we were easily able to get to our favorite spots in Carmel and Monterey and still make it back to the house in time to have an evening cocktail and listen to the bagpiper at the Inn at Spanish Bay which is just over a mile down the road. Perfection!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Our family just had our second vacation at this beautiful home. I would recommend it to any family for the large expansive spaces and the lovely quiet neighborhood. The walking trails near by are wonderful and the home is close to everything. It's a perfect "get away home"!

Perfection at Pebble Beach Paradise

This home was just perfect for our family of 6 adults and one baby. The 2 King master suites were both fantastic. The spacious closet in the upstairs suite is my dream for a future remodel of our own home. The area is our favorite place on earth. The bike paths, the aquarium, the walks near the ocean etc etc. So much to do! The home is tastefully decorated but we were there with our 20 month old grandchild so we had to put everything breakable up on high shelves (and there was a lot of breakable doo dads) . It was very nice that the home even came with beach towels they keep in the spotless garage. The driveway was very expansive and could handle the three cars my family had. That's very important for an area known for difficult parking. The luxurious high thread count sheets and bedding was wonderful and the mattresses had all of us wanting to put Stearns and Foster beds in our own homes. The open floor plan was fantastic. We would all gather for family dinners every evening and then both living areas would be used with everyone flowing back and forth with both TV's turned on (the french open and basketball play offs were happening) while still enjoying family time. The house was so perfect that on our drive back home my husband and I decided to rent it again next year. Everyone said it was the best vacation they'd ever had. We're going to give our family good memories instead of gifts of dust collectors. This home was perfection!!

We purchased this home for the magical beauty of the coast. This is our home but rent it when in Arizona. Our home is located in the gated community of Pebble Beach within the Historic Del Monte Forest and only 3/4 of a mile walk to the beach. We are also located close to grocery stores like Safeway and Trader Joe's, Downtown Pacific Grove, multiple gof courses, Spanish Bay resort, minutes to Monterey Bay, Cannery Row and Wharf and restaurants. We are 10 minutes from Carmel and 20 minutes to Carmel Valley and wine country. Take Highway 1 down the Big Sur coast and eat at one of the funky, cool restaurants or visit one of the stunning State parks like Point Lobos or Pfeiffer Burns
