I have lived in San Diego since attending San Diego State University in the 80's! Currently reside in Del Mar but lived in this exact location for years.
Why they chose this property
My husband and I lived in a condo next door to this property when we were first married. We had our two children while living there and then a house a few blocks away. We were excited to purchase this property as we love the area. Our son lives in the main house and our daughter lives a few blocks away. This area is special to us!
What makes this property unique
Can't beat this location. So much to do and enjoy with San Diego's beautiful weather. This area close to everything but still quiet and relaxing!
