Beautiful Back House in Ocean Beach

Pristine newly remodeled one bedroom house nestled in a family oriented neighborhood. Put on your walking shoes and explore Ocean Beach, Shelter Island or Cabrillo National Monument Park. After you have enjoyed Some of San Diego attractions come back and enjoy the Backyard and cook on the BBQ and relax.

The home is newly remodeled. A fully landscaped yard takes you to a Spiral staircase to access your private getaway. The home has new stainless steel appliances, Hickory hardwood flooring, newly carpeted Bedroom with new queen bed. There is an iron and ironing board in closet. A standard size closet gives plenty of room to hang all of your clothes. The living room has been newly furnished with a sofa that converts to a full bed. A small Table with two chairs can be used as a desk. The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans and utensils to cook with. There is a Keurig coffee maker (some coffee is provided.) and a toaster oven on the counter top. Enjoy eating at the Island breakfast bar .
There is a new stack-able washer and dryer to do your laundry. (So pack light.) Enjoy your own deck with two lounge chairs to enjoy sun bathing or your morning coffee. There is a out door kitchen and island with additional table and chairs to enjoy the BBQ'er. (please keep in mind the out door kitchen is in a common area to be shared with the main house.)
