Quiet loft apartment with very nice field for a dog to run around! The sauna was great(didn’t use the hot tub but it looked nice). Stairs to enter and exit a bit steep and kitchen sink is small. Otherwise, a great value, beautiful setting and responsive host. Will return here next time in Annapolis area!

Tucked away in the back of the neighborhood, its quiet and private. Nice spa amenities, and after a bunch of traveling it was nice to stay somewhere with a washer and dryer

Terrific location for a weekend in Annapolis for my husband and me. Only 20 minutes to downtown/ historic area and 10 short minutes to Sandy Point State Park.

Enjoyed a relaxing stay overall because of nice amenities like the sauna, jacuzzi, and flat screen, but there were a few things that we were disappointed by. The property listing said that the kitchenette included utensils, plates, bowls, and dual hot plate. We arrived with food to cook on the hot plate but were not able to make any of it since we weren't told that there was no hot plate, knives, cutting board, bowls, etc. until we contacted the host. The sauna and bedding were clean, but some of the dishes were still dirty and an ant trap was spilled on the kitchen counter. We hoped for things to be a little more thoroughly cleaned and accurate to the listing for the price, but the host seemed nice and garage entrance was very convenient.

Thank you for your stay. We did not have a Hot Plate or cutting board listed in our kitchenette. All the plates & utensils included are new & disposable. Not sure how new paper plates were dirty, However I cant verify after the fact. We usually respond to any issues immediately if we are notified by guest. Great Staycation

We really enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful and relaxing, the bed felt like lying on a cloud! It was like having a spa in your room we loved the sauna especially. We look forward to booking again.

Our stay was great! The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood. When we had an issue, we contacted Tim and he responded immediately with a solution. The space was clean and spacious. We enjoyed both the hot tub and sauna.

Anniversary Trip to Annapolis

We had full and free access to the specificed areas with no impedement whatsoever. Checking in and out was seamless for us and the property was convenient 15 minutes from the historic downtown area. Would definitely reccomend for other couples and we will absolutely consider returning again in the future!
