Sunshine Stay IRB is a Gulf Coast luxury pool home with 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms that accommodates 10 guests. When entering this beautiful home you are met with the sky-high family room that boasts the owner's personal touches. Side-by-side living areas with cozy sofas and recliners made for the end-of-day relaxing. The big screen Smart TV above the fireplace, and a one-of-a-kind mantle made out of Driftwood. A coffee table that is a refurbished lobster trap from a local antique shop and meaningful artwork are just a few of the owner's personal touches. The kitchen and dining rooms have everything you'll need to make a home-cooked feast, sit at the massive farm-style table, and let the day's events and stories unfold. As you head up the beautiful staircase you need to stop on the first landing to admire the large window where you can catch the nightly sunsets and stargaze! This luxury pool home includes 2 master suites, one on the main floor and one upstairs. You have the Sunshine Daisy Bedroom which brings happiness just by walking into it. The Hemingway Bedroom has the charm and elegance you would imagine. Then there is the bunk room with a King size on the bottom and a Queen on the top, drawers in the base, and cubbies in the steps to the top, the ultimate of bunk beds!! While staying at this dream home you will continue to find reasons to make this your return vacation spot year after year making unforgettable memories.

Luxury and Unwavering Comfort describe the outdoor space of this vacation home. The pool is truly the focal point of the outdoor space with a shallow deck area for little ones to splash around in, a hot tub to soak in, and a large swimming area. Palm trees surround the outdoor area helping you feel like you are in a tropical oasis. Guests can enjoy lounging poolside or maybe a competitive game of ping pong too! The big-screen Smart TV is surrounded by top-of-the-line outdoor furniture for you to enjoy a family movie night or watch the big game! Use the remote to lower the screens and gather at the large dining table that has enough seating for 10 guests and overlooks the pool area. The upper deck has comfy recliners and also a retractable, remote-controlled awning for enjoying the final hours of daylight. A 6-seater golf cart and bicycles are waiting to go to the beach! Outdoor Paradise: Covered resort-style sitting area with sofa & 2 recliners, coffee table and 2 end tables, sofa table, wall-mounted smart TV, and 3 ceiling fans. Dining table with seating for 10, 2 swivel rockers, beverage table, and a basket of beach towels for poolside. This area is undercover with remote-controlled screens to enclose the whole area. Large saltwater pool & shallow wading area for children, hot tub, poolside dining table with 4 chairs, 4 sun loungers, gas grill, drying rack, outdoor ping pong table, and outdoor shower.

Second Floor

Kitchen: *Newly remodeled!* Stainless steel appliances, ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pot, toaster, Ninja blender, wine opener, crockpot, air fryer, and 4 barstools at the counter. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Room: Farm-style table seats 10 and buffet cabinet filled with games.

Side-by-Side Living Rooms: 2 sofas, 2 recliners, 2 chairs w/ ottomans, a coffee table, 5 end tables, sofa table, fireplace, and 65" Smart TV.

Bedroom #1: The main floor master bedroom has a King-size bed, 2 bedside tables, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan, a desk & chair, a loveseat and ottoman, a coffee table, a Bluetooth speaker (in the bathroom fan unit), a walk-in closet, a luggage rack, and en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (en-suite): A walk-in steam shower with bench and double vanity. No tub.

Bathroom #2 (Guest): Single vanity with walk-in shower. No tub.

Main Floor Laundry Room: Washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, and clothes steamer.

Third Floor

Bedroom #2: The Sunshine Daisy Bedroom has a Queen-size bed, bedside dresser/nightstand, small desk and chair, Smart TV, ceiling fan, closet, and luggage rack.

Bedroom #3: The Hemingway Bedroom has a Queen-size bed, 2 bedside tables, a desk & chair, a Victrola antique radio/Bluetooth speaker, a Smart TV, a ceiling fan, a closet, a dresser in the closet, and a luggage rack.

Bathroom #3 (Guest): Open walk-in tile shower and single vanity. No tub.

Bedroom #4: The upstairs master bedroom has a King-size bed, live edge desk & chair, comfy chair and ottoman, 2 ends of bed benches, bedside table, Smart TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, luggage rack, iron & ironing board, and en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #4 (En-suite): Walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity.

Bedroom #5: The Ultimate Bunk Bedroom has a King size bottom, Queen size top bunk with drawers and cubbies, a Smart TV, chair, bookshelf, 2 kids' stools, bedside tables, a box of large-scale legos, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and a luggage rack.

Upper-Level Deck: Off of the dining room features a dining table and 6 chairs, 2 outdoor recliners, a small beverage table, and a gate to the stairway to the pool.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property provides 5 parking spaces.

The quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) has a nice array of local restaurants, retail, and sweet shops. The home is close to Casa Italia, Guppy's On the Beach, Café De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, TJ's Italian Café, Beach shops, and a salon. Brown Park is nearby and has a playground, basketball court, tennis court, and a covered picnic area. The Indian Rocks Library is located beyond Kolb Park which is a sports park and playground. Splash Harbor Water Park on the south end of IRB offers a great place to have fun and cool off in the lazy river.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Children's Museums. Enjoy a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away.

No need for a rental car while on vacation at this home. An Uber ride will get you there and a golf cart (which is provided), or the Suncoast Trolley will get you where you need to go. This property would provide a great space for a corporate retreat, after a jaunt to the beach on the golf cart and an afternoon poolside in the palm-lined oasis, your team will have open minds to solve your company's biggest problems!
