PET FRIENDLY-HEATED/CHILLED POOL OPTION*, NEWLY REMODELED & FURNISHED INSIDE AND OUT!! NEW FOR APRIL 2019 - COMPLETELY REMODELED HUGE CHEFS KITCHEN AND ADDITIONAL 400SF OF LIVING SPACE ADDED TO THE FIRST FLOOR FAMILY ROOM. This comfortable island retreat offers open, spacious areas, incredible natural light and a tasteful island décor. Beautifully landscaped and illuminated grounds with lots of parking. A short 3 minute walk from the front door to your toes in the sand!

Large open kitchen with double ovens stocked with all the equipment you need to make a big family dinner with seating for 18. There is a cozy sitting area off the kitchen with a flat screen tv/Roku/DVD. The 2nd floor boasts a huge open area with a lounge/bar/game room which includes a pool table, DVD, Wifi, 4 large flat screen tv’s, poker table, full wet bar w/mini fridge, Golden Tee Golf Game and Pac Man assorted game console.. Pick a book to read from the library while you lounge on the deck or by the pool.

Ample outdoor living areas with a large 2nd floor deck & one open rooftop deck with panoramic views of the island. Relax by the private pool and enjoy the outdoor bar area with built in grill/sink/ice maker and full size refrigerator. Large private outdoor shower and bathroom. Just two blocks from the center of town, with multiple restaurants and a variety of shops. After dinner walk down to Ben & Jerry's for dessert!

Only 20 minutes to Historic Downtown Charleston full of charm, history and world class restaurants and shopping.

*The heating and chilling of the pool is available for a weekly fee of $400.00. It will take approx 24 hours for the pool to be heated or chilled so advance notice is required. Also please note that the heater for the pool is not designed to heat the pool during very cold winters. It is designed to heat the pool in the Spring and Fall when temperatures are mild and not as cold as Winter. The average temp in Isle of Palms in December and January is Low 30's and high 50's. The heating system will not heat the pool greater than 70 under those conditions.

GOLF AND TENNIS: Isle of Palms is home to the First Class resort of Wild Dunes with 2 great golf courses, The Links and The Harbor Course and a top 100 ranked tennis program. The Family Circle Cup is only a 15 minute drive for Isle of Palms.

The house was great, however is was definitely used for parties is the past. A lot of the applicances are in poor condition and the closet in the master bathroom smells like someone was smoking. Seems like a simple fix for the owners to take care of.

The house was in a great location and exactly as described. We had an amazing time and even got to check in early which was very nice. The only negative thing I could say is that the house wasn't cleaned great before our stay. Floors/counters sticky. Some sand found in bathrooms.

The location was a short walk to the beach. Not crowded. The house was great for our family of 13. Kids enjoyed the pool and the video golf game. We had a few issues and John came right away and handled everything. He was great to work with. Replied right away to our text. Our week stay there was wonderful.

We loved our stay in IOP. Just blocks from the beach, it was very convenient. The home had plenty of space for our family having two living rooms and plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we could need for eating in. The kids and adults loved the games on the second level. Also, very convenient to restaurants. We would stay again.

Pros - location was good - close to beach and small town, house is large, pool size was nice, large kitchen, manager responded to issues quickly. Cons - house needs some upkeep and repairs. We do a family beach vacation each year and this house has some issues. I don’t expect everything to be perfect but I don’t like to have to deal with repair people while on my vacation. If management wants more details I will supply it.

Our first trip to Isle of Palms and we would recommend it! Our property was just what we needed for 10 people. The kitchen was the most well equipped we have ever seen. Kitchen and bathroom supplies upon our arrival were generous, and we appreciated that. Some bedrooms have updated furnishings and were even better than pictured online. The ping pong table, pool table and video games were enjoyed by all. There were many pool and beach toys at the property. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly dealt with by the property manager. He was very responsive, and did a great job!

Open plan, fenced yard, lots of deck space, pool table, outdoor ping pong table. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Home features 6 bedrooms, 2 King beds, 3 Queen beds, I double double bunk bed. There is also a queen size murphy bed in the upstairs family room, bringing the queen beds to 4. Most of the beds have memory foam toppers.
