Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the home's excellent location and thoughtful layout. We strive to provide every guest with a premier experience, and we're sorry we fell short of your expectations in this area. We did not hear from you during your stay with any maintenance issues, if you would like to send us an email with your suggestions, we would appreciate it! The home is actually priced below its comparatives. Thank you again for taking the time to review your stay, we hope to see you again!

Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We are thrilled that Bella Vista provided the perfect layout for your three families to relax and enjoy your April vacation. It’s great to hear the pool temperature was just right and that you enjoyed the balance of being close to the local spots while still having a quiet place to retreat at night. We really appreciate your feedback regarding the shade by the pool; and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience and will certainly look into adding some options there. We’d love to host your group again for another perfect week in the future!
