Great Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent. Setup and floor plan were wonderful. Attention to maintenance issues was severely lacking. Most of the maintenance issues did not affect our enjoyment or stay, but I would have expected more from a premier and pricy property.
Response from VrboOwner on 16 July 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the home's excellent location and thoughtful layout. We strive to provide every guest with a premier experience, and we're sorry we fell short of your expectations in this area. We did not hear from you during your stay with any maintenance issues, if you would like to send us an email with your suggestions, we would appreciate it! The home is actually priced below its comparatives. Thank you again for taking the time to review your stay, we hope to see you again!

The entire property was exceptional. The kitchen was very well appointed which lent to a successful Christmas celebration for several days. There was plenty of room to accommodate our family of 13. Highly recommend this ocean property. Totally first class!

Perfect house for multiple families with small children

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at Bella Vista! We were 3 families with little kids and spent everyday at the beach and the pool. The house slept us comfortably and also provided plenty of space during the day so we didn’t feel on top of each other. We opted to get the hot tub heated, but not the pool- the pool was the perfect temp for us over April vacation week. Our only critique would be that we wished there was a little bit of shade down by the pool. We used a rented beach tent and our baby tent to make it work. We also liked that the house was close enough to walk to the restaurants/bars, but not close enough that we were hearing partying at night. Overall, we had a perfect week and would love to rent this house again.
Response from VrboOwner on 29 April 2026
Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We are thrilled that Bella Vista provided the perfect layout for your three families to relax and enjoy your April vacation. It’s great to hear the pool temperature was just right and that you enjoyed the balance of being close to the local spots while still having a quiet place to retreat at night. We really appreciate your feedback regarding the shade by the pool; and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience and will certainly look into adding some options there. We’d love to host your group again for another perfect week in the future!

Great stay

We had a wonderful week and it is a beautiful property. The outdoor space in particular was fantastic, as was the proximity to the beach. The only negatives were the outdoor grill wasn't in great shape and the lighting on the outdoor stairs needs to be better to avoid risk of falls at night. But overall we can't say enough good things about this property.
