The south-facing, second-floor balcony offers the perfect vantage point for town fireworks displays and summer concert series listening, with a covered dining area, grill, and firepit furnished for outdoor living and dining. A covered all-season balcony with comfortable seating graces the north side of the villa. The third-floor suite boasts its own private balcony with a resort view. The patio features a shaded grotto and a fountain, with another grill and an outdoor dining set.
The open living area sets the stage for group gatherings with features that include a fireplace, plush seating, a smart TV, and gorgeous grand piano. There's also an electric keyboard in one of the bedrooms for added musical accompaniment. The kitchen comes well-appointed for family feasts or on-the-go snacks with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and handy counter gadgets.
