To start the communication was above and beyond! I had several question and some hiccups (all my own doing) and the Host was incredibly quick and helpful. The bedrooms are spread out and the upstairs den is huge along with a comfty cozy living room. Very accommodating with two outside spots as well.

The house was beautiful. It was perfect for my family and my parents, and even better we could bring our little dog. Communication was above and beyond. We were about 15 - 20 minutes from the beach, and it was great. Nice and quiet. The pool was great, super big. There was even a baby pool. My boys loved jumping in the pool. The community was super nice, and clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a very nice stay at One Particular Harbour. The house was very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. We were within walking distance to the crabbing dock and also enjoyed the pool at Angola. There was an issue with the hot water and the host was very attentive and had it fixed promptly.

We loved One Particular Harbor! The house was cozy and in a safe, gated community, making it perfect for our family getaway. It was nearby all the local attractions and beaches, and Penny was helpful but also not overbearing as a host. Overall, there is not much more you can ask for in a Vrbo rental!
