House was great and Amanda was super responsive ensuring we had a great stay. Would love to stay here again in a future trip. Location to the beach made for an easy walk and the public beach access was not as busy as others we stayed at in the area.
This is a great location with an easy walk to the old Florida beach. Consider a golf cart rental ahead of time for older or less mobile folks. Great access to other locations using the 30a beach bus. I also liked the easy access to Draper lake. Pool was clean and refreshing. All the kitchen extras made for an easy time to make our own food. The available beach chairs and toys were more than enough for our crew!! Kitchen is on the second floor for those who like separated living spaces this was a nice feature. Some stair climbing required.

Thank you so much for staying with us Angie! It was so great to host you!
We had the most wonderful stay here on our beach trip! The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was short. There is a restaurant, ice cream, and golf cart rentals in walking distance from the house! It was perfect!
Thank you for allowing us to use your amazing home! Community was quaint, quiet and perfectly located for our teenagers to go enjoy shops and the beach. Very convenient, safe and clean. The checkin a d check out process was very simple and Amanda was a great host and checked in throughout the stay.
Excellent from start to finish. Amanda is a superb host, and the house is charming and cozy. Perfect for 2-3 families to share. Proximity to the beach is amazing…4-5 minute stroll and you’re on the most beautiful beach in the entire country!!!

Thank you so much Jon! You are welcome back anytime!
A great time was had here. I was concerned about the walk to the beach, but it wasn’t bad. The close proximity to the goat feathers seafood market was great. We brought a canopy to set up in the driveway to cook under, which left us a parking space short, but luckily, the neighbors weren’t home, so we just parked at their house.
Loved the neighborhood for great bike rides and easy walk or ride to beautiful beach! Great space for 14 of us to spend time together as family. Can’t wait to do it again in this sweet home!
This was the perfect Santa Rosa beach house located just a short walk to the public beach which had access to bathrooms, showers and a lifeguard. Lots of cute restaurants and shops were within walking/biking distance. The house provided plenty of space for two families to comfortably co-exist and the loft was ideal for teens. Comfy beds, and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach.
This property was perfect for our group. We had 13 people stay total and it was wonderful. The common area is comfortable and can accommodate the group when all together. Very homey and comfy. We actually had a little A/C mishap while there but literally within the hour of telling the host, she got someone out and fixed it so we were never in a pickle. Would definitely recommend.
The property was perfect for 2 families with 2 younger kids. There was enough space to enjoy each other, and also have some privacy in the generously sized bedrooms. The only challenge was that the loft did not have any noise separation from the living space. The location was close to the beach, next to the pool, and down the road from shops. It was fantastic!
The property manager/owner was incredibly communicative. As typical for any rental property, we proactively shared a few issues we noticed when we checked in, and were subsequently blamed for already causing these issues (ie, a broken refrigerator shelf).
