Secluded garden cottage, near Lake Washington, parks, and a diverse neighborhood

Newly remodeled, detached cottage in a secluded garden setting in South Seattle. The furnished cottage is one bedroom with a queen bed, spacious living room, fully outfitted kitchen, washer/dryer, and air conditioning. The cottage sits on a 1.25 acre lot with peaceful places to rest under the fruit trees or enjoy panoramic lake views. Off street parking and the property has video security.

We are located across from the waterfront at Martha Washington Park which is perfect for a quiet stroll or, in the right season swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. We are also a 10 minute walk to Seward Park which has miles of lake-front trails, and near Columbia City.

$2,500/mo utilities included. Sorry, we are not allowing pets at this time. We live on the same property but rarely see our tenants. Please email with questions.
