This house was AMAZING!!! There were 9 of us. We had PLENTY of room. Communication was impressive, location was so perfectly located and peaceful. The description was accurate. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries and kitchen essentials. Looking forward to sharing with others and returning again in the future!

This house is huge and perfect for bigger groups that want to have plenty of sleeping space and hangout space! There are several individual bedrooms and also plenty of bunks to sleep groups or even separate families, Two fully stocked kitchens, two full dining rooms, and a yoga room, mean this villa has plenty of space! The hot tub is great, the pool is refreshing, and there is a nice space to lounge in the sun. Plenty of parking as well. Very close to Sedona offering easy access to the town, shopping, and outdoor activities.

Our stay was such an amazing time... this home was as it was described relaxing, beautiful with a great view for a sunset and sunrise. Our children enjoyed it so much. I recommend this place to any family looking for a spot to relax ,chill and close to the center this is it.

Great stay in a perfect location!

The house was clean and spacious. It was away from the busy uptown area and provided plenty of outdoor space to hang out. We had a wonderful stay overall. I would highly recommend this rental!

Amazing stay!

Located outside of Sedona which made it super quiet and made for spectacular stargazing! But close enough to everything you need to access. House was amazing, pool was perfect, it was more than i could have hoped for.

House was located on western part of Sedona away from hustle and bustle of the town. Layout of the rooms were a bit quirky as it appears to have been extended at several stages. Though plenty of rooms and beds for my group of thirteen, locations and number of bathrooms posed a bit of coordination and compromises. One bedroom in the middle served as a passage to the kitchen and dining room for the extended part of the house. Above-ground swimming pool provided kids with nice pastime. Hot tub gave adults with relaxing time after daytime outdoor activities. For family groups looking for close reconnection of togetherness, it is an excellent place.

The house is beautiful and so much bigger then the pictures. It’s centrally located to many restaurants, and stores. Hiking all around. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a an awesome property if would like to spend time with your extended family group or friends. This is a really big , cute house. It was well maintained, the pool tub and jacuzzi were our group’s favorite area. There are good segregations with multiple living rooms and kitchens if different generations in the group want to spend time in their liked ways, we loved our stay and highly recommended, forgot to mention parking would never be a problem at this property for multiple cars !

The pictures didn’t do this home justice. Way bigger in person, more than enough space 10-15 min from downtown sedona. Communication leading up to our stay and during was perfect !

Desert Rose Retreat spring break 2023

Tons of space for us all to spread out, 4 adults, 5 kids age 10-16. Great to have full kitchen for breakfast and lunch to save money. Close to hiking and mountain biking, nice to have hot tub to relax in afterwards. Perfect home base in Sedona!

The morning and evening are beautiful see hot air balloons every morning in the canyons night sky’s where clear don’t miss the only non colored Golden Arches in town we had a wonderful time and the house was a great location for the night sky’s it was peaceful and quite the kids loved the hot tub amd pool

Family vacation

The house was in an ideal location. Helped us avoid all the traffic during peak season into the city. It’s a short distance to multiple hikes and grocery store is only 10 minutes away. Having two kitchens was very helpful to get food ready for multiple people at one time. Kids really enjoyed the hot tub. There is plenty of room for each person to sleep as there are multiple beds available.

bachlorette retreat in sedona

i planned my best friends bachlorette trip for her and 5 of her friends and we chose sedona to go for more of a retreat healing trip instead of party because our bride has been stressed! this home was the perfect place for 6 of us to fit WAY TOO COMFORTABLY this home is massive i couldn’t believe it! the property outside is beautiful as well and there is so much to do inside and outside! we will definitely be coming back here there’s no doubt.
