The Space:
Welcome to our spacious accommodation featuring 4 fully stocked kitchens, a comfortable living area with a smart TV and fast WiFi. With 9 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone. Unit A & B offer king and queen beds, while Unit C & D feature queen beds and bunk beds with trundles. Additional sleeping options include futons and single beds in the basement. Relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay in this well-appointed and versatile space.

Conveniently located, explore nearby attractions like Woodland Mall, Van Andel Arena, Children's Museum, and John Ball Zoo within a 17-mile radius. Rivertown Crossing is just 25 miles away. Additionally, there are many lakes! Lake Bella Vista is a private lake however Bostwick Lake Park is 3 miles away and Myers Lake is 4.6 miles away, both with public access.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to all 4 private apartments in the 4-unit building. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include driveway and free street parking, shared coin laundry facilities in the basement, and 2 back patios & 2 decks with a propane BBQ grill. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features).
