The house was very comfortable. We enjoyed the location for all the summer people-watching from the patio. We enjoyed time on the lake in the kayaks - we added some large pool noodles to the mix. It was close to great biking trails, a fantastic bakery, and to downtown Rockford. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion with Style

Our family loved this house! it has the perfect set up for a vacationing family. The house is new, modern and clean. The layout is set up for entertaining and the bar and the two living areas made for a happy family for different activities. The views are gorgeous and it was really nice to be so close to the Bostwick Lake Inn! We loved it and would highly recommend this vacation house.

What a Gem

I usually stay downtown Grand rapids but found this house in my search and was so pleasantly surprised. Rockford might just be my new chill spot. Walkable to all the main sources of a food a family needs: dinner, breakfast, bakery, pizza. Large living spaces, lots of TVs (you are speaking my husband love language). Comfortable beds, incredible lake views. Not to far from Grand Rapids so still can stop in the city.

Beyond Expectations

Our son’s wedding at Townsend Park made this a perfect location and it was a BONUS to our happiness of the event. Family and friends stopped in to visit and every single person remarked how their accommodations ( from other VRBOs to luxury hotels) did not compare to “ours” ! The hosts were most accommodating. They gave attention yo every details and helped us detailed help to every question. They were the best hosts we ever dealt with including at other rentals we have tried.

Truthful

A few things distinguish this rental above all the others I’ve stayed at. They were really a vacation home that they rent. They had many towels and tons of dishes and pans. Had all soap dish soap and washing machine soap. 100% prepared just like you should expect. Many rentals have little or none of this. I highly highly recommend this rental.

The property was beautiful and conveniently located near the lake and the bostwick lake inn. The host was very easy to communicate with and the owners were very pleasant. My only concern is the downstairs bedroom which I booked to accommodate 2 adults and a child. Unfortunately the luxury cots and bunk beds were very uncomfortable and no one was able to sleep.

We were in Grand Rapids for our daughters wedding. Had the bridesmaids over to get ready. The property was perfect for this. Very spacious. It is set up for entertaining. The host was so accommodating. The property had everything we forgot :). The area has gas and grocery near by. The area is very nice. I would highly recommend this property.
