Wonderful home

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this rental. It was roomy, clean, and exactly what we needed on a trip with our two dogs. The little extras from the hosts were quite nice.

Very good location for a mellow stay with friends and a pet

Lovely refurbished bungalow with a secure backyard for your pet and within about 5 miles from almost every attraction. It’s great value if you want a nice place to stay away from the downtown crowd and want to live like a local for a while. The host is very attentive if you have any questions check in and check out is super easy and my Shih Tzu loved the back yard and the doggy bed and treats.

We had just gotten off a cruise ship and were excited to relax and do our laundry! There were a couple of problems with the house, and the owner was super fast to come and make repairs. Highly recommend.

Radiant Restoration

The home was impressively restored, from the gorgeous floors to the beautiful decor, you csn tell the home was well planned for optimal comfort. I love the privacy, i could appreciate the neighborhood as we walked around looking at the other restoration. You could tell these owners are pros at what they do. We would definitely return to stay again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

This place was perfect for our weekend in San Antonio. We wanted to avoid construction in downtown/riverwalk area. It was only a quick Uber to the riverwalk. Approximately 16 miles from Sea World. Has tons of places to eat nearby. Lots of stores if you need something quick. My kids loved it here as well and they felt at home! Definitely would stay here again!

Great location, lovely house & best host!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this pretty house! The decor is beautiful and the beds and furniture were so comfortable. Love the location! It is close to the Alamo, the River Walk and other attractions. We felt perfectly safe leaving our little Maltese there while we were seeing the sights or eating out. Chase is the absolute best host that we have ever had! He gave us suggestions on restaurants and things to do. He also made everything so easy to handle concerning the house. We really appreciated his quick responses to our questions and his friendly manner. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful!

I would highly recommend this property. The house is in an older neighborhood but it is close to everything downtown. It is updated and nicely decorated. The master bed and bath was amazing. The house is clean and spacious and there are so many cozy & welcoming touches throughout. The host really goes out of his way to make you comfortable & is very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, clean & accessible!

This house was perfect for my family! We were a group of 5 plus a baby and it was plenty of space for us. The house is beautiful, well-kept and accessible. Chase was a terrific host who streamlined the check-in & check-out process and was extremely accommodating. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and although near a train track but you really can’t hear it much. We’d definitely come stay again!

Lovely Bungalow

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bungalow. The house looks like it’s been recently renovated and is very chic. The backyard has a nice little area to relax, read, or eat outside with friends and family. It was very conveniently located close to the river walk, the zoo (which you definitely need to go see if you’re in the area), and the Frost center. We were actually in town to go to a basketball game. Chase was easy to get in contact with and a wonderful host. We will definitely book this home again on our next trip to San Antonio.

Getaway Vaca.

Chase was great to work with, responded almost immediately to every communication. The house was extremely nice and fitting for.our needs. Everything you expect and more. Located perfectly for a short drive to the River walk, travel to New Bruanfels was a short drive. Venture off to Fredericksburg or just stay local for good dining and entertainment. Definitely recommend and look forward to a future stay myself.

Easy parking Easy getting to and from San Antonio shopping and downtown areas. Only one thing I missed was reading the detail of TV’s are streaming only- had my 81 yr old mom with me and neither of us were prepared for the limitation. Chas was a very attentive host.

Great property in a great neighborhood!

This property was even better than expected! We brought our Shih Tzus with us and were greeted with goodies for our pups! So thoughtful. The neighborhood was nice and the inside of the house was gorgeous. Chase was quick with his responses and very nice with the contact we had. This is the place we will use any time we are in town! A memorable stay at a memorable property.

Chase the owner was amazing. I have never seen an owner respond so quickly to everything. His approach mirrors the quality of the property. When travelling it is always difficult when staying in small hotel rooms with limited services. To have access to a home away from home makes the trip so much more relaxing. Chase delivered big time on all counts. We look forward to a return visit in the next year or so. Thanks to Chase!!!

Excellent accommodations

The property was very clean, modern and well furnished. And it was well located to my family who lives in San Antonio. Bed quality and linens were good, appliances good and working, good lighting in all rooms, as well as privacy with good shades. Back yard had a nice seating area, but it needs grass for the pet we had, otherwise the mud/dirt would track into the house. Lovely porch out front We did not expect the cool antique shops around the corner or food options, but will check those out in the future. Blanco Cafe seemed like THE breakfast place and Chris Madrid's is down the road. Definitely a good location and very responsive host!

My wife and I travel a lot and get to interact with other hosts ourselves, so we know what matters; fast WiFi, a good coffee setup, clean and comfy beds, and local tips you can actually use from a host that's extremly responsive. Traveling can be stressful. Let me do my part to take some of that stress away, so you can enjoy yourself!
