The host was very friendly and available to make sure the stay was perfect. The property was beautiful and matched the pictures. The ocean view is amazing. I liked the split heating/cooling zones so everyone could feel comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Stunning home on the ocean. This home is more beautiful in person, larger than it appears in photos, with beautiful water views from every room. Ocean in the back of the home, East River in front of the home - doesn't get better than this! This well-appointed home is clean, comfortable, and very well equipped - especially the kitchen, There were several days of very hot & humid 100-degree temperatures, and we stayed cool inside with the AC split units. Often we just enjoyed the open windows & ceiling fans - gorgeous breezes. The outdoor kitchen is fabulous plus to this home. As shown in Meaghan's photos, there are many stairs entering the home and to the second floor, but it was not an issue for my family. Easy parking.Meaghan, the host, was very accommodating and always responded quickly. We hope to return in the future.

Oceanfront!

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and well equipped home. Owner was very good communicator and easy to work with. This is one of two properties very close together. So if you are looking for privacy, this may not be the property for you. Note about accessibility- there are steep stairs to main level (which has the kitchen/living area, single bath and one bedroom), and then another set of stairs to location of 2 other bedrooms and large common room).
